Location. Restaurant view and food also staff friendly and understanding. My flight was delayed and although I have book for 2days they charge me only for one day as I arrive by the second day

This hotel was a bit of a splurge for me, as a budget traveler, but definitely worth it and a good value for the area! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the view of the Pudong side of the river with its iconic skyscrapers was incredible! In the not-currently-revolving restaurant on the 50th floor, I enjoyed both the evening "happy hour" (buffet & open bar for ~$12 USD, which was enough for dinner) and the plentiful breakfast buffet, included in the room rate. (See sunrise photo taken from restaurant.) The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English well, and allowed me a late checkout at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

One of the highlights of my stay was the 50th-floor revolving restaurant, which offers a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of Shanghai. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai is a great place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts an **excellent view**, especially from the upper floors, which was one of the highlights of my stay. The **rooms were comfortable** but are starting to show their age and could benefit from some refurbishment to match modern expectations. The **breakfast was decent**, with a good variety of options, though nothing particularly outstanding. I found the **pricing reasonable**, offering good value for the location and amenities. One area for improvement would be the **language support**—having more staff fluent in English would greatly enhance the experience for international guests.

Overall, I’d recommend the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai for its views and value, but a few updates and service enhancements would make it even better.

The hotel is located in a skyscraper in Pudong, a bit further away from all other skyscrapers, therefore the view from the hotel is wonderful. Other than the wonderful view, the room I stayed was big and had all comfort. Price is reasonable for such kind of hotel.

Not a real issue for me, but it is important to know that the hotel is not at walking distance from the centre where all attractions are, you need to take the metro. Fortunately there are two metro lines at 5 minutes walking distance. One of them is line 2 which goes directly to Pudong airport.

The revolving restaurant at the top floor is so beautiful and the breakfast spread is so wide. Services from the manager Mr Andy Chu is awesome too! He gave a free toy to my kid who totally brightened his day! Totally recomended to dine here and see the beautiful view.

The family room doesn't have a window that can be opened. There is no aircond during winter and the room was too stuffy. We changed to a normal room the next day and used the sofa bed instead for the extra person. The service from the front desk was amazing in helping us change the room, they are very understanding and accommodating.

When we arrived the receptionist Anna was really kind and arranged a early check in wiith a really good price. We were really tired from the early flight and she manage to make everything fast to help us. Gym was small but nice to have it. The room has a very beautiful view. The accommodation is comfortable, good size for the room, good bed. Toilet is clean and it has the best hair dryer I have ever used in a hotel. Usually hotels had low quality hair dryer but this was definitely the best, I was even searching to buy the same. The shower was also good and with good power. The breakfast is also really good and complete and the view from the restaurant is also really nice. The pool has a good nice also with a nice view. Location is also good. Overall we liked and we would recommend or book it again if back in Shanghai.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working but it's not a big deal for us. The filter with water from the gym does not work, it has only hot water. We asked they tried to help but it didn't work. You can feel a bit dizzy at the restaurant because of the rotation of the floor.

The rooms are clean and spacious' and they also have nice views. Nice revolving restaurant for breakfast, with fantastic view of the city.

The only thing we didn't like is the cleaning service. Our room was cleaned only the first two days, and the third day, the cleaning lady barged in our room while we were returning from breakfast, and she changed our towels and toilet paper, gave us some coffee and water and she left. Then we wanted the room to be cleaned and the bed made, but she ignored the sign for cleaning outside the room. In fact when we came back in the afternoon the room wasn't cleaned.

Our room was on a high floor and had a wonderful view of the skyscrapers in Shanghai - at night you can see all the amazing lights which are beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were great.

It is about a fifteen minute walk to the subway station which can be inconvenient depending on how many times you need to return to the hotel, but you get used to it. I also couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but just relied on my mobile data.
