Excellent location, friendly check-in staff (especially the intern), room was clean

Great hotel, well-located around many main sights of the ancient city (drum tower is 5 minutes away, bell tower, Muslim quarter, Great Mosque, 15 minutes away from south gate of the city walls), and around 2 subway stations. Neighbourhood is touristy and safe. Within 2 minutes, you can find dozens of restaurants. The staff was helpful, and assisted in booking us a great private tour which was cheaper than anything I found online. They were very responsive on the Booking.com messaging system. The room was comfortable, a/c and fridge worked well. There is a nice breakfast buffet, and free 24h/7 self-service laundry system. Great deal for the location and facilities!

The only small thing was that the coffee machine of the breakfast buffet didn’t work well.

Excellent location right near the Bell Tower (as the name suggests). The hotel is tucked away from the busy main street in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, and it's only a few steps away from all the action you want: great restaurants, shops, and of course the Muslim Quarter. Don't sleep on the free laundry service that's included in your stay, which is a fantastic amenity!

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side. The hotel breakfast buffet is underwhelming — it's best to just enjoy great food available in the area instead.

Location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to everything. The staff is also friendly and kind, and speak English. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very worth for money too! There is a convenience store right at the lobby and there is also a laundry room that you can use for free once. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody spending a few days in Xi'an. Really good place for an affordable price.

There is nothing we didn't like!

First, I booked this place at the last minute...so I was more relieved than anything. My relief turned into pleasure when I arrived. It's a lovely property in a super location! People were extremely helpful, including introducing me to a lady who would eventually become my Xian tour provider. Breakfast was just right, and the free laundry facilities a nice bonus.

This location is situated very close to major attractions.  I had a fantastic day at his property.  Very close to restaurants and the Muslim quarter. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They had written directions on how to go to top spots and transportation hubs. The staff was also very helpful. The laundry room was a plus. 

Small but very nice room, comfortable beds with a choice of two pillows, good air conditioner, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Modern feel and great location.

Room floor sightly dusty on check-in. Construction site opposite hotel that started quite early in the morning. Fruit selection at breakfast could have been a little better.

Staff are friendly! The location was good and it was comfortable to go anywhere. There are also many restaurants and bars around, so there is no need to worry about eating.

I would venture to say that there is a wait because there is only one lift.

Good location, clean, professional, easy check kn. Room size was very good. Nice and spacious and super clean.Bathroom was excellent and the tiled floor raised in shower was a very smart design.

Breakfast and orange/lime water were average. Let themselves down with this.
