The room very nice . Bed as comfy as they get. Breakfast was outstanding. The breads and fruits that accompanied the main items were top notch.

I am not one of those snobby tourists that complain about no one speaking English. I was a little surprised there wasn't at least some English-speaking resources available. I am patient and the staff was patient so this was simply a minor issue. The other issue is I have not received a copy of the bill. To me this is unacceptable especially when I asked for a copy and was told it would be in my email.

Bed was comfortable and our stay had breakfast included buffet-style which was very nice. There’s a pool on the rooftop and a bar next to it to chill that makes it a nice experience.

Location is not close to main attractions such as malecón, ventana al mundo, etc. Actually every ride to something nearby was around 20 minutes or so. Pool is nice but small. The blackout in my main bedroom window wasn’t working properly. It needs an update urgently since you can tell it was poorly installed.

The staff is exceptional. All speak some English, especially Nicole at the front desk. The water in the shower was very hot. Housekeeping was very attentive. Breakfast was very good and varied somewhat each morning. Location was pretty central to stores and restaurants.

The marble floor of our shower was extremely slippery when wet. You must place the “do not disturb” sign on your door to ensure privacy. The elevators did not always follow instructions.

The staff was very friendly. 1 server at the restaurant stood out over everyone else and her name was Valeria. She was very polite and always with a smile on her face when I asked her for anything. Valeria started my day with a positive vibe whenever I saw her in the mornings while I was getting breakfast. I will stay there again thanks to people on the staff like the young lady. I remember security also being very kind and Valeria did a great job upstairs with the guests in her restaurant. Gracias :)

The Wi-Fi did go out almost everyday and on the last day I was there it went down for over a hour.

In a truly professional environment, you feel right at home. The breakfasts are excellent, and they treat you like royalty. I can’t even find the words to describe it. Everything is very clean, the beds are super comfortable. It has excellent Wi-Fi and its own parking lot. I simply can’t find the words to express all the good things I experienced at the hotel.

The hotel is very nice, breakfast spread is really good too. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice although we didn’t dip. Great restaurant on the roof top, we didn’t realise the food portions would be so big! Good location if you are driving or taking taxis. Local shops just across the way.

Room was feeling a bit dated, the wood around the tv station was pulling up. Could do with a refresher to be honest.

The breakfast was excellent!!! I do not eat meat and they made eggs for me without meat. The juices were fresh, no sugar added and delicious! The bed, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The concierge got us taxis whenever we needed one. The lobby was decorated for Carnaval. They had dancers and musicians. So fun! Fabulous!

We were surprised that the breakfast buffet did not have a self-serve coffee bar. That would make it easier for coffee drinkers. The servers would pour the coffee at the table. The coffee was good and strong.

Very spacious room and comfortable bathroom with amazing rain shower. Excellent service of the staff, from the receptionists, cleaning lady and the restaurant staff to the gentlemen who arranged transport for us in town and to Tayrona (Alfonso). Small shopping mall across the street with grocery, pharmacies and food options such as Domino's and Tostao.

It's not a negative point but a suggestion: would love a coffee maker in the room.

Just make sure when it's a return customer giving a good room. The first night I had a room with no hardware1001 They switch me to1106 Better But it's right next toh the housekeeping A lot of noise in the morning. I will One more time. I stay usually between 4 or 5 days. You should take care of me or upgrade me the next time

Room with no hot water

The room was beautiful, had a huge bed, some nice couch, a rain shower. There was even an iron to take care of my clothes. The mini bar was great. I truly loved it. Moreover, the roof top bar was excellent and probably one of the best of the whole town. When I arrived, one first league soccer team stayed at the hotel as well. Room service was awesome, laundry service was top. 100 % recommended!
