I loved the location of the place, as it is in front of a beautiful park, in an area in the process of gentrification, which makes it quite safe, at walking distance to an area called Zona T where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. Room is quite big, with huge and beautifully designed bathroom. Everything was kept perfectly clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended.

One advice to all those travelling to Bogota from lower altitude place: load up on pills against altitude sickness or your trip might be ruined! I was not only really tired all the time but was also nauseous, even throwing up multiple times. Europeans beware! :)

All the staff was very nice and attentive: always ready to help you with whatever it is you need. The facilities were beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. The location is excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi is a must if you're staying there!

Breakfast was good but it could be better. At times it got too crowded in the breakfast area and it could feel disorganized. I wish there was a bit more information about all services ready for you once you arrive (instead of you having to ask).

The breakfast was good in terms of fresh food and that you could order any type of eggs. However, the coffee was not freshly made, but brewed beforehand. I asked for milk coffee and on the first 2 days, cold milk was simply added instead of heating the milk. Beyond, there was real bread only on 1 day. All the other days, only - a big selection of- sweet bread and pastry. Also the nuts, peanuts etc were caramelized and hence very sweet. Beyond, there were no dairy products such as yoghurt. This focus on sweet food might be fine for locals, but not necessarily for foreign guests.

Great location! The neighborhood was safe, clean and the park across the street was lovely. Also walking distance to the nightlife and tons of restaurants.

We had the top room where the elevator went right to the room and opened into the room, which was great however they had guys working on the pool EVERY day!! (Which was closed the whole time) Starting at 7am even on the weekends. So you could hear all the work going on. Also they were working on the elevator at times so we were stuck in the room a few times. And parking the car down in the basement garage was a hassle to get the car elevator to come down took at least 15 mins. And it’s very tight down there for parking, hard to turn the car around to get onto the car elevator. But understandable since it is a city and there is no where to park.

Great little apartments with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool upstairs has a great view. Location is good and quite safe for standards in Bogota. Very close to a good supermarket, many shopping opportunities and excellent restaurants. Staff english-speaking.

The pool upstairs could be a bit better maintained, otherwise this lived up to expectations. Coming home late at night, you may have to wait a bit until anyone let's you in. We have nothing much to complain here, would come again.

Top floor penthouse. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. Direct access to patio and swimming pool. Nice breakfast room and selection. Nice entrance. Very good staff. Calm and quiet for top floor. In our 2nd stay, we had an appartment, and it was super good as well: Large, bright, 2 bathrooms, 2 beds and large living room (but a bit noisier with road)

Penthouse kitchen was not equipped as good as other rooms. Penthouse was a bit smaller than expected. Patio doors were difficult to lock and close.

It's a beautiful hotel next to the Virrey Parc with friendly staff that is around 24/7. You can easily walk to the most recommended areas like Zona T or Parque 93. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices of pastries and fresh tropical fruits and eggs and arepa's on demand. The hotel offers bikes to explore the area, wonderful to mak use of the closed roads on Sunday for the Ciclovia. The warmed pool with an amazing rooftop view of Bogota was an extra plus!

A home away from home. I stayed here during a final stop in Colombia and was remote working. The apartment was amazing, clean and furnished to a high standard. The building has great facilities, including a gym and my package included a really plentiful breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is in a nice area, opposite a park, felt safe and close to shops and places to eat. I would happily stay here again.

Room was great and clean. Very comfortable bed and enough space. We did missed the AC. Also the breakfast was nice and the park in front of the hotel was perfect.

The pool can only be entered by making a reservation which is very difficult if you have a lot to do and it opens only at 9am. The breakfast is cooked next to you. Better extractor is needed because your clothes will smell after eating breakfast.

Excellent apartments, with great location, park in front is our kids favorite, breakfast in the morning with great service, great living space for a family of four with children having their own room and bathroom, also had to work and conference rooms are top notch, it’s a very generous offering

Nothing to note, they will open the restaurant in the evenings which may be very helpful
