The menu selection was very appealing but it needs to have options to accommodate gluten and vegan needs.

The breakfast selection was very good however, the items were not as fresh as the last time we stayed. The window was opened and all the cold air was getting on the food. The arepas were greasy and not fresh. No options for vegans. Too expensive. The expresso machine was damage. The coffee was terrible from the other machine available.

amazing staff have every solution that we needed, Especially Paola and Miguel, the madam at the cafe who helped us a lot. great breakfast selection, especially for ham, cheese, sandwich, breads and juices house keeping team really did a great job and very attentive to help tiny room in the cafe was great for a small 5 pax business reunion easy access to Zona T and going to Usaquen area walking distance to lots of great restaurants

room by the streets could be very "lively", request a room away from the street would be nice

Great location, comfortable bed, nice lobby area, and the hotel felt safe and secure with card-only access in the elevators.

It's a small detail, but considering this is meant to be a 4-star hotel, I think it matters. The foot pedal for the garbage bin in the bathroom didn't work, meaning each time I wanted to throw something away, I had to touch the lid of the bin. Like I said, it's a small detail, but for how much this place costs, I would have expected better. Additionally, the tv doesn't have Netflix access. Again, a small detail, but I stayed in far more affordable hotels in Colombia during my visit that had Netflix access for those evenings when you might be too tired to go out.

Great front desk staff and services, PAOLA solved all my problem and Miguel got my boss covered. Terrific flavor for the breakfast buffett especially the ham and cheese selection, nice bread options and juices as well. Good service for omlette even a little meeting room request in the 1F coffee cabinet area.

The bed was super comfortable... Best I've had in Colombia.. And I've stayed in many many hotels there. Staff friendly, room spacious and very clean. Water nice and hot quickly. Very enjoyable stay. Perfect location near to the Zona Rosa restaurants, mall, pubs, bars etc

Only small criticism the bathroom shower / toilet area was quite small... Especially compared to the size of the suite... But not a big issue, just seemed like it should have been larger

Stuff is very friendly, especially front desk team and at dinning room/restaurant team. Hotel isvery clean, rooms as well as public areas, great location close to restaurants, mall, parque. (2-3 min walk) , very rich breakfast .

There is not enough light in the rooms, and sometimes noisy during the night,.

Nice big room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was excellent, a short walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Felt very safe. 😊

On the last morning of our stay, breakfast was a bit disorganised. No cutlery, plates and coffe cups for use. Had to ask staff for assistance, but they were prompt in getting to our request.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Make you feel right at home.

Room generally great, but needing a bit of a freshening up in some areas, ie paint peeling around the window. Nothing serious but definitely needs some attention.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed. The best part of this hotel is the location! It is at the center of tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Hallways and elevators are outdated.

By far the best is their staff, all of them are helpful to the stream! polite and kind. Excellent! The location is close by lots of great restaurants, great shopping and bars. The hotel is very clean, good quality linens, pillows and towels. Very good breakfast and again super nice staff!

The building entrance could be nicer and the elevators need to be upgraded.
