Very friendly staff. The location is convenient. We were there in Sunday so we walked to the market and eateries. The airport pick-up didn't happen because the taxi car had an accident so we took an uber (cop27,000) to the hotel. They paid for the uber to the airport (but they chose incorrect location) so the uber driver was reluctant to take us to the airport terminal (make sure you check the location of destination). The staff brought our luggages up the staircase (they don't have a lift) which is greatly appreciated.

Nice & basic room, which was clean. The shower was great (nice & powerful) Great location. The staff were helpful (& often 'looked after me, advising me to step inside the hotel instead of waiting outside).

The taxi/pick up from the airport. It's not the best experience from just landing in Colombia. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I have experienced this before, so I knew what to do (don't take sh*t from anyone). Thankfully, it worked & the taxi eventually came. Like I say, it's not the best experience, but thankfully, the rest of my stay was 10 times better

This hotel is right next to La Septima street, also very close to the Historic Centre so we walked to most attractions and saved taxi money. They offer free transportation from the airport to the hotel, that was also very convenient because it's far. Although this is budget hotel, it's in pretty good shape and has many rooms. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Being right next to La Septima street also has a down side, the street noise ends late and starts as early as 4am, those are very busy streets. But, since it was as short stay and we were very tired it didn't bother us that much.

Everything was good, same like in description. Room enough big for 2 people with private bathroom. The personal was so kind, and Jairo was just so helpful and caring for our needs. The location was totally excellent, close to everything ( centre,turistic places, monserrate, restaurants, transport..). The great thing is also the pick up from airport whicj this hotel offers also if you ask they help you to find the best price for each transport what you need.

The staff were very friendly and the location is very close to Plaza Bolivar and good restaurants. I will come back. The room is decent and the best is also comfortable

My last day, no water and no towel. : ( I was very disappointed. At least they could offer us something in lieu of the inconvenience so we could smile still. Noisy outside, please no more talking and shouting after 12 midnight so we can all rest.

staff were very friendly, offered me free shuttle back to airport as there was an issue to meet me on arrival, location is close to Monserrate, good places to eat, kfc, mcdonalds, subway & many more

although the reception staff could not speak english but she communicated with google translator, had an issue with credit card not swipe in their machine

Great location, walking distance to main tourist areas. The price is very afordable. The staff was very kind.

The rooms facing the street are very noisy. You can also hear all that is happening in the corridors. The hotel was doing some works throught the night or pumping water while I was there the noise of the equipment kept me up.

Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Water pressure was excellent. Room was clean. If your plans include visiting El Centro this hostel is perfectly located.

WIFI is spotty or unavailable in some rooms.

I didn't like the guys at the reception..I had problems with the transfer because of them ...i arranged the transfer myself! the women was very kind!

It is a great place to stay, close to a lot of monuments and museums.
