I have been staying on this property for a while. Location is great. Safe or maybe comfortable place to stay.

The 3rd floor rooms are super loud. You can hear trucks and cars on the road all day-all night. Avoid rooms on the 3rd level.

Great place. The room we had was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very much enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great and served in the room which was a nice touch. Location is fantastic for the bars and shopping of chapinero area.Free water refills also which came in very handy.

We paid extra for the room with a terrace which was in fact shared with the room opposite. When we were staying the guests opposite happened to have a dog which roamed around both areas. No fault at all of the property owner just be aware that the terrace is not completely private. Everything else was perfect though.

Reception staff and cleaning lady were all super nice. I forgot my room card once and the cleaning lady helped me immediately. Free breakfast is black coffee/hot chocolate + scrambled eggs + juice + bread/croissant, delivered to your room :) Location is great, lots of breakfast places and convenience stores nearby.

Bathroom could've been better. My shower stall was meh and the toilet bowl had some screws that needed tightening.

The room was nice, clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The hallways have really cool decorations with some artistic figures/installations. Was definitely a good price-to-quality ratio. The breakfast was very decent, and the guys can cook eggs the way you want them. Very nice touch.

Sound insulation could be better. The window was looking onto the staircases, and one can hear if people passing by were talking there. (The window was NOT transparent, so privacy was fine.) The bathroom was behind the glass door/wall and even though there was a curtain to cover it, it still felt a bit weird to go to the bathroom. Cool design but not very practical.

Spacious rooms and a clean and large shower. Staff very attentive and kind. They held our bags after checking out and we could pick them up in the evening. Water bottle refill included and a nice breakfast.

During the day it was a bit noisy, the windows couldn't block out the sound. Luckily traffic died down in the evening, so no trouble sleeping. Our room also got a bit warm during the day, so we had to vent before sleeping to get comfortable.

We actually moved out because of issues with wifi. I don’t know the rest of the rooms but wifi in our room was the worst I have had in my month long travel in Colombia. I was told others haven’t complained so maybe it was just our room.

The location is good. It was close to many places I needed to go to.

The door lock was not working properly… but the staff was helpful and took the job to open the door anytime we needed even being in the third floor without elevator.

The hotel is fresh and attractive. I felt very comfortable there. Breakfast was good, perfect start to the day.

Light switches were in strange places and one light fitting was in the way. I'm short and still managed to knock into it a couple of times. Getting breakfast order communicated was a problem but not a major concern.

We like thw staff who were very friendly and ready to help at any moment. Also, breakfast is really exceptional. Tha shower has hot water and good pressure. Location was really good!

The place is a hidden gem, nearby restaurants, markets, the staff is really helpful

The location is great however the street in the day time was busy, lots of people walking, and also lots of the street art around, which isn't bad but sometimes makes the area look a little sketchy.
