I loved everything! The bed was super comfy, with different types of pillows. Whoever designed the room understands lighting, as there were pleasantly layered lighting options. Friendly service, room service breakfast to order included, a small kitchenette with ample fridge room. Whenever I needed something (a wine glass, spoons, etc), a nice version of it was delivered immediately. The grounds are gorgeous and covered in plants. This is probably the nicest stay I’ve had at any locale. Completely recommend, 200/10!

The Grace Hotel in Bogotá exceeded all our expectations! The rooms were beautifully designed and featured an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering friendly, attentive, and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action yet wonderfully quiet and secure. To top it off, the hotel is surrounded by an array of top-notch restaurants, making it a food lover’s paradise. Highly recommended!

Lovely little gem, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and having breakfast in the room was lovely too. Nice location in a safe and very walkable area with some great restaurant nearby.

My room was on the third floor and there was no lift, so be mindful when traveling with large luggage. Having said that, a member of the staff brought my suitcase upstairs as I checked in. The rooms would benefit from a kettle and coffee/tea. The coffee is served in the lobby, I am an early riser and I wanted to have coffee at 5am but there was none ready yet.

Overall, my stay was great! I will definitely book this hotel for my next visit to Bogota. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and the amenities were as expected. The free breakfast options looked great but I did not order.

The only minor complaints I had was the closet door in my room (402) was VERY difficult to open and close. You could tell that it had been this way for a while as the paint was missing from the door where it had been moved back and forth. Also, the entrance to the hotel is poorly lit and has no doorbell. You have to knock and wait in the dark for someone to buzz you in. This could be a safety concern for some travelers. Especially since the hotel is on a dead end street. Again, overall very good and will definitely book again!

The business suite was spacious, with plenty of storage, a modern bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket just a short walk away, making it very convenient.

There’s no proper luggage storage room, and the bathroom didn’t have a toilet brush and enough hooks. The WiFi was unreliable, even on the first floor, and the breakfast was a major disappointment. It was meant for two people but wasn’t even enough for one, forcing us to go out for another breakfast right away.

Comfortable large king size bed. Good room temperature and warm shower. Safe location, walkable to restaurants. Different breakfast options offered and the terrace was nice.

Would have loved a table and chairs in the room so we could have enjoyed breakfast, but the terrace was nice. We weren’t too keen on the glass bathroom wall, but there were curtains to save your modesty!

Great safe quiet location with so many restaurants n bars within 10 mins walking distance. The Four Seasons hotel is literally a few blocks away! All attractions a $5 uber ride away. Modern room with Super king size bed. Great spacious shower. Large counter top for storage. Staff were superb. They did a rush job on our laundry to ensure it was returned in time for our check out for airport. Booked restaurant for us. Had patience with our rubbish spanish.

Breakfast only so so. Menu in room and you can order n have delivered to your room at no extra charge if u wish which is great. Recommend Masa a few blocks away. Son had granola with greek yougurt n honey. Said best he ever had. High praise from a judgy teen lol

Great quiet location, but still close to everything! The hotel room was spacious. The staff is around 24/7 and daily housekeeping was available as needed. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and they will bring it to your room from a few options to choose from.

Shower water pressure was amazing, but I think this messes with the plumbing for everything else. You can’t flush the toilet even if your neighbour is taking a shower. Similar issues with the bathroom sink draining really slowly. The plumbing could also make noises sometimes at night, I think because it’s sensitive, but luckily I’m a heavy sleeper.

The room was spacious, with kitchenette and good shower. The location couldn’t be better, with many restaurants and shops nearby but quiet corner of neighborhood. Staff friendly and helpful. It would be hard to find a better situation for the price. I have stayed here for years- often more than once a year.

Location is awesome! It's a safe, residential neighbor located next to the best restaurants in the city. Being able to walk back from dinner was why we booked the Grace. We booked the Twin Executive room because we wanted 2 separate beds, but our room 1 king size (2 twin size pushed together?) bed and 1 twin. It was on the 4th floor, so walking up the staircase was a workout. Complimentary breakfast is ordered by room service and brought up your room. Normally, it comes with juice/hot beverage and your choice of eggs and bread and their fruit. I liked that the juice and fruit gets changed out daily so it's a fun surprise. There's no AC in the room, but leaving the windows open was not an issue as it is quiet. The bathrooms are interesting design, cleverly using the narrow space, but felt nice with a big shower.

We were here in October, so it was fine, but if it got hotter, there's no AC or if you have a higher level room, taking the stairs. Closets/drawers could not open, looked damage, could use some spot cleaning in corners.
