I had to book this reservation ONE day before travel, because a different Bogota hotel that I booked through Booking had overbooked SO MUCH that they canceled. That was totally new for me. So this property gets a win for being available at the last moment regardless of the rest. Location was top notch, breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, we used their airport taxi, and overall we had a great stay. Was this a super luxury hotel? No, but given the shenanigans with my previous booking, I was glad we had a safe place to land in walking distance from amazing restaurants, shopping, and nightlife!

The door to our bathroom was a frosted glass door that didn't quite shut all the way. It would have been nicer to have a regular door for privacy, but I think they were trying to make sure the natural light could enter the bathroom even with the door closed.

Location is a plus walking distance to my main purpose. Room i was in were comfortable

Breakfast I hope they could provide more since for 3 nights i was there i ate only the same food, they should have atleast a menu to see since most of the staff don't speak English. I hope they could improve it more for the price you pay atleast you'll have a good breakfast meal with different variants. Luckily, there's a bunch of good cafes & restaurant around 400m walking.I rate it 4/10 Language barrier since they're on the hospitality business atleast they should have or need to have a background on the basic English language that can cater non spanish speaking clients. My rate is 5/10 Wifi was great on the first night, but on the 2nd night the whole day & night was out, good thing I have my own data. Pity for those whose relying for hotel wifi. My rate would be 6/10

My partner and I stayed in a junior suite for 8 nights. The staff were very friendly. Our Spanish is nearly non-existent, although the staff didn’t know much English they were patient with us using Google Translate, and so we were able to communicate effectively. The complimentary breakfast (choice between breakfast sandwich, omelette/scrambled eggs with 3 fillings, or a pancake) was delicious! We visited Bogotá for a music festival and also explored the City’s nightlife, so we often missed the 10am cutoff for breakfast. The staff were very respectful of when we wanted vs didn’t want the room cleaned. Whenever it was cleaned, it was always pristine. The hotel is right beside the Andino mall, and is in an area with plenty of nice shops, bars, and restaurants, with a full grocery store around the corner. The junior suite itself was a very nice space for 2 people who needed a home base while exploring a new city. The room felt big enough to have multiple functions in the one room. There’s a nice distinction between the bed and the little living area while still being one room. It was great to have the other couple on our trip over to our room share a bottle of wine an hour or two before we left for the evening. The bathroom itself was quite tight for space but the shower was very large (~60% of the whole bathroom). There was also no shortage of power outlets and they were conveniently located.

The only drawback would be that the queen size mattress for the junior suite was a bit too firm for our tastes and aggravated my pre-existing sore shoulder.

Location was great, short walk to Andino and Retiro malls with easy access to many bars and restaurants as well. Nice, calm, safe area also makes for nice walks. Close to convenience stores and pharmacy. Dining room server did an awesome job throughout our stay.

Although the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood area, the rooms and windows have virtually no noise insulation. You can hear everything going on outside at all hours. We were in the second floor and we could hear everything from the silverware being set up in the dining room donwstairs, to barking dogs, delivery vehicles, and noise from nearby rooms. After 5am it is very hard to stay asleep because of the ambient noises.

Breakfast was very good, location is very convenient, beds are quite comfortable and staff is very nice and helpful.

There was a surprise "tourism tax" subcharged upon arrival that was never mentioned neither by the listing nor the staff. All taxes and surcharges should be stated very clear before booking.

Room was very clean, stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. I asked for directions, and they walked me to the bus stop, even told the driver where to drop me off. Breakfast was nice, service was fast. My only problem would be the location when it comes to getting to the airport by public transport. If you wanna take Transmilenio, you have a long way to walk (actually not too far, it’s like 15 - 20 minutes away but when you are loaded with your bags it feels longer) normal bus’s stop is closer to the hotel but the lady at the reception recommended to take Transmilenio. That takes ages! Best is to take a taxi, so approximately 50.000 COP (probably higher when there’s more traffic)

It is a very good location close to Zona T with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast, the room was big with comfortable bed and hot water in the bathroom.Lots of space to store your suitcases.

Definitely not a 4star hotel, the furniture are dated . Also upon check out the receptionist wanted go to the room to check if we did not use anything from the paid service, although we firmly said no we did not. We found it very strange.

The staff were amazing, really friendly and kind. The set up of the room was perfect for me and my family

The only improvement would be the breakfast. Even though they had four options, the portions were small. Any any special meals had an extra charge

We loved our stay at the hotel. We were a big family group visiting the city. The location of the hotel is excellent, breakfast was amazing. But, the best thing was the staff. Absolutely everyone at the hotel was driven by hospitality and kindness. It's 20/10 hotel!

Great location for us while visiting friends in Bogota. Easy walk to restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. They understood our very late check in (4am) and allowed us to check out a little later. Beds were comfy and the shower was warm.

The building has a bit of wear and tear that is noticable, but didn't affect our safety or comfort, for example some chips in plaster. There was only one English speaking staff, which is not a criticism, but not what was indicated in other reviews, so it probably varies. My Spanish was pretty poor at 4am, but we worked it out.
