Great room size, clean, updated, 24 hr secured gate entry. Good Breakfast. Good value for the rooms.

Could not get hot water at night both nights, only worked during the morning or daytime. Breakfast first morning was fine. Second morning only one lady doing everything (taking order, cooking, serving, cleaning up). We had to wait for 30 mins before our order was taken. Many people left without breakfast due to the super slow service. Second server came later. Would not even give a refill for coffee indicating one per person. If you know people have been made to wait for so long, should show a bit better customer service and allow to refill the coffee. Also seating for 12 people at breakfast and there were over 25 people waiting and standing.

Very spacious rooms with good facilities - great to have a little kitchen, a sofa and a table to work at, with strong wifi. The location is good, just a little up the hill on the edge of Chapinero. Feels secure with 24/7 security. We asked to move from our first room and they were very accommodating.

We were very cold when we arrived, as there is no heating and Bogota can get chilly. We asked to move and went to a room with fewer windows so there wasn't as much heat loss. We ended up buying a small fan heater to keep ourselves warm which helped a lot!

It's location is superb. The neighborhood very charming and safe. Basic facilities provided are perfect for the price. Staff is friendly. Fresh breakfast daily. Clean rooms, bedding and towels.

1. Shower area can have space for putting the toiletries 2. No hot water in the wash basin 3. Breakfast service is slow when there are more than two tables occupied 4. The buzzer for the gate does not work... 5. Taking luggage up and down 2 flights is difficult without a lift But these are easily fixable. The place is total value for money.

One of our favorite places to stay in Bogota. We will be back. Comfortable bed, good location close to good restaurants and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We played cards at the dining table and enjoyed breakfast every morning in our room (my boyfriend went down to order it and brought it up). The shower was hot! I will be sharing with all my friends that ask about BoGota.

Our microwave didn’t work but the shared kitchen in the room next door was open so we used that and the stovetop to warm leftovers up.

It's all about the location here.Safe and close to the main road but at the same time quiet...The room was extremely spacy with a table,a sofa and a fridge..The price was very good...

I had to wait almost 45 minutes to eat breakfast(both days) and actually the first day I asked for coffee two times without getting any...You have to walk a little uphill to reach the hotel...I would give a 10 if it wasn't this, especially breakfast

The breakfast was good, and although the staff didn't speak english they tried to communicate and make you feel welcome and comfortanle. The location was perfect, restaurants nearby especially the burger place.

Although we found that the room waa clean, there was hair in the bed and bathroom, which was the only thing we didnt like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - a variety to choose from, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, waffles, arepas, etc. It was quiet, they provided bottled water, and laundry service was available. The apartment was kept spotless every day. This is a great value for the price.

There only was hot water in the shower, not the sinks, and to me, the "hot" water was only warm. Senior citizens take note that if you plan on walking around the neighborhood or using public transportation, this property is located on fairly steep hill - which may be challenging to you, especially if you're not used to the altitude.

The location was a bit far but I didn’t care because the neighborhood was so quaint and pretty!!!! It had a lot of cool small restaurants to choose from and within walking distance too!!!

The only thing was that something happened and there was no water for an entire day!

Friendliest staff you will meet. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very safe feeling neighborhood location, but just 12 to 15 minutes walk from good dining options and shops. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit & breads, juices and coffee, eggs to order or waffles.

Just for recommendations, a few more outlets near the bedroom, and I would prefer a smart TV to watch some streaming like youtube or netflix rather than just cable channels. I am sure those options would reflect a price increase, but just some things that I noticed.

The staff was very attentive, they gave lots of useful tips about the surrounding area. It was peaceful to sleep at night. The location was good too. They allowed me to use the common kitchen and dishes. One of the staff accompanied me to the supermarket shopping which was very nice.

I was put in a different room from the one I originally booked, but when I told them they made the switch. It was cold at night, there is no heating it the room. The breakfast was basic. The shower was not hot enough.
