The reception staff were very kind and very nice to me, everyone was helpful, they gave me an early check in, and even though the hotel is not a 5 star hotel, they treated me very nicely, and made me feel at home. My room was large, the tv worked well, the housekeeping was good. Brian arranged an Island tour for me, my laundry was done on time. Breakfast was basic, but good enough for me. The WiFi worked well, and I felt safe at their hotel.

I cannot complain, from the checkin lady to the manager and to Brian, they made me feel very welcome at their hotel. I always read the reviews on hotels, some are good and some are bad, however I was very happy staying there.

Good breakfast and ladies serving were always friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Neighbourhood very safe to walk around, even late at night. Liked the hotel last year so this is the second time staying here. Didn't use the hotel wifi as I had 40 GB on my phone to use up in a week.

Room 226 was at the end of the hallway. Hot water not always available. The security door latch needs to be repaired. Room didn't have a safe and windows didn't open.

location for historic town is poor, only one road in and out of the peninsula shower luke warm and shower head’s broken no curtains in room so like sleeping in the street under the sun (this was resolved at my request) noise every night from bus waiting outside Hilton opposite at 10pm consistently No international English news channels on tv breakfast service slow at snails pace

Everything was almost perfect except I did have one bad experience immediately after I made my reservation on booking.com- the hotel sent me 'automatic' messages asking for immediate payment when the arrangement had already been stipulated as pay-on-arrival. This was really annoying AND unhelpful.

The whole staff was just so kind and so nice I try to get everyone's name personally thank them. Is exceptional location. I have been treated so well I want to thank them all.

twice the breakfast was great but a couple times it wasn't. No one spoke English in the breakfast, so I had to bug people to help me. I wish they didn't have that bologna and had ham. I liked it when they had the spiced rice with the eggs and the homemade soup the soup is the best I only had it once. Other times the food wasn't good. Sometimes I forget to bring your fruit. Everyone was very nice though they did the best they could. I'm sure. It's so clean. People are so smart here. They always make you feel welcome. I am sad to leave.

Nice large comfortable room, close to many restaurants, close to a couple of beaches, close to a lagoon where there was good birding. Breakfast was good. Shower was good. Bed very comfortable. Having a small fridge was great.

When we first arrived, very late, the young man at the desk was very, very unfriendly. To the point of being rude. Not one greeting. No hint of a smile. No explanation of anything. I don't know what assumptions he was making about me and my companion, but we both talked about it for the rest of our stay. Luckily everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the reception lady who helped with her mobile phone to contact the airline after it changed a flight schedule. The hotel is at the end Laguito so somewhat quieter. Very convenient to have discovered a Davienda ATM across the street in front of the Hilton.

More variety and fruit at breakfast would be good. Every day it was a different type of scramble eggs but the rest was still the same. Large picture windows in room but no way to open them a little to let in fresh air.

Location, location, location. Our friends were having a wedding at the Hilton across the street, so the Oceania was a great (and extremely affordable) option. The included breakfast was delicious and the hotel, facilities, and rooms were clean.

It would have been great if they had at least 1 person on staff that spoke English. There was no elevator which was not an issue for my wife and I since we're young but if you're older or disabled I would consider other options.

The location was great walking distance from restaurants, the beach and some restaurants. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was spacious enough. Wifi worked fine. They allowed us early check in as requested, for an additional cost, but it was reasonable.

The hotel administrator should consider adding an elevator, also cleaning or repainting the exterior, specificallythe face towards the laguito. Neither of them were a problem for me, but it will make it more convenient.

The location is perfect but if you can tune out the all night traffic then it's ok. The upside is the fact that once you step outside, taxi's are easy to flag down. the cafe, drug store & liquor store are literally right across the street. I had food poisoning from a bad oyester (on the beach) & left a note for the maid explaining the bathroom sink & a tip - about 3 days later she say me asked how I was feeling - REALLY KIND of her.

The beds are hard and the pillows too firm for my liking. I finally understood how to work the AC unit about 4 days into my stay & the T.V. unit after 3 days.
