I am very particular when it comes to hygiene, and I must say, Veler was on point! The hotel is small, but was exactly what I needed, right in the midst of Poblado. Those concerned with noise, there is a bar (Not a nightclub, so you're fine) next door downstairs but the noise to my to my room was faint, and died down completely by 11ish on Fri/Sat nights while I was there. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but had the items you'd want in a breakfast (Eggs of your choice with ham and cheese, toast, arepas, fruits, tea/coffee, and juice). And I must say, the staff were one of the friendliest I have seen anywhere, and I've travelled a lot. Thank you Veler team. Will be staying here when I return to Medellin, what a city!

The staff--outstanding! Everyone: receptionists, cooks, room cleaners....everyone!

Noise! They very thoughtfully warned me about street noise afflicting the rooms at the front, and so I chose the room at the very back. Problem is there're a couple discos and night clubs near the back whose head-thumping noise travels through a back alleyway and assaults that room, carrying on until 3:00 am or later. Torture!

i liked the hotel so much that i had to book for an additional 4 nights. The staff made me feel like family. All of my needs were taken care of from the covid test to suggesting i go on a wonderful tour. I needed an iron and stephany went out of her way to help me get one. Emilio was very helpful on the night shift and I couldn’t begin to say enough about Nidia. She went above and beyond in helping me especially after my flight got canceled .This is the hotel you want to stay in if you want excellent service. I can’t wait to come back. Everyone will be missed

Staff attentive to the needs of all guest and always with a smile, we liked it there and will be back next time to stay at same place. Location is just perfect for party people.

This place was excellent and I will never stay in another hotel in Columbia again. Nidia, Stefany and emilio were The best most helpful and friendliest receptionist I’ve ever encountered and I do travel a lot. They treated me like family and were very helpful I have no complaints and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in a great location and and have help when they need it.

There was nothing I can say that I didn’t like I actually booked an additional three nights after staying here the first night

I love the staff. Nidia, Johnny, Dora and Stefany are amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The restaurant staff was great as well. The food was terrific.

Location in El Poblado, close to the nightlife area. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, plenty of places to hang out, eat, have a drink in the surrounding. Short drive from EOH airport (local flights), the main Metro train to all parts of Medellin is about 20 minutes walk. My room was external - I do not bother the noise of night life outside, but ask for an interior room if you want to avoid it ;)

Noise from building site next door early in the morning - but this is almost finished, so will not be a problem in the future.

location, staff, room looks nice and is clean

the mattress it is wraped in nylon... I got really sweatty during the night sleeping on it... they should buy a proper protection for mattress not a cheap nylon wrap... for this price I really didn't expect that

Location and value

Bathrooms don't have power exhaust vents and floors tend not to dry. Cheap towels...need new heavier duty for guests. The thin curtains, with windows. Needs to be blackout curtains so you cant see in.

I spent only one night here but it was very comfortable and clean. There is indeed street noise due to the central location, but i slept through the noise and closing the bathroom door at night actually helped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and modern. The location is very centered and near many bars and restaurants. The entire room was very clean.
