Comfortable room/shower,amazing breakfast,nice rooftop

in the middle of parque lleras so expect noise at night!

The neighborhood was a big plus. Really good location in the middle of El Poblado. Markets, parcs, restaurants, and night clubs are around. The bed was extremely confortable, and the water was hot. (Rare in Colombia). The city view is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The subway is 5 minutes away with Uber.

The wifi was not working really well in our bedroom, but was working perfectly in the lobby. If you are planning to work remote, it may not be the right place. I would appreciate if Netflix was an option on the TV. It was not an issue for us, but the music on the rooftop can be really loud on Saturdays.

Only on Sunday they do the Breakfast on the rooftop Bar (which is open also for the evening and you can enjoy some drinks there) Elsewise the Breakfast is at the basement restaurant. Check-In and Out was uncomplicated. Thanks to the Management now Almond Milk for the Breakfast seams to be included - elsewise would be 5k :) Room was good, the staff are watching behind you so you can feel pretty safe. The reception is always there for your needs. There are no parking possibilities directly at the hotel however a car can park for a little while close to it. It has some stairs to take until you get to the elevator.

The room was comfortable and modern. The bed was very soft with lots of pillows. The breakfast included was very very nice! Very different to local offerings, but in a great elevated form. Beautiful presented food and balanced with nutritional items. The location was superb, walking distance to everything there's to do in the Poblado area and close by supermarkets and metro. The staff was always welcoming, friendly and attentive.

The hotel has a great rooftop which we enjoyed, nice drinks and ambiance. But, the logistics of the service up there wasn't the best. The kitchen is downstairs and to have dinner of food up there, the wait was too long and in occasions excessively because the server had to take an elevator every time (10 floors precisely) to pick up the food and serve. The intention is good but the execution needed review.

Amazing location, decoration and staff. The room was very spacious and the beds were huge. The staff at reception was amazing, particularly one lady who was very very helpful and nice.

It was not clear to us that stuff in the mini bar and on the table were paid for. There were some chocolates on the table that we had and they ended up being paid for (very expensive as well) and this was not stated in the room or in the check-in so we felt a little deceived. Breakfast should have been included in the price we paid for.

Tasty breakfast ( but could have been bigger portions). Comfortable beds. Very clean room. Daily cleaning also.

On weekend they had a rooftop party that was very very loud, we couldn’t sleep. But that’s the location of el poblado I guess. There’s no hair dryer in the room so I asked at the reception and I got one that had some tape on it. It was making very loud noise while on and suddenly it literally exploded in my hand. That was a scary scenario. I don’t like the fact that obviously that hair dryer did get broken before and then just got taped instead of buying a new one . I did let know staff about what happened but they didn’t seem to care too much.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed it. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the location was incredibly convenient, and the view from the terrace was stunning. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were not only clean but also beautifully designed, creating a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Super nice and helpful English speaking staff. Located around plenty of great restaurants and bars. The rooftop is very cozy with nice crowd and stunning views. Breakfast was AMAZING!

It is very noisy. First night we stayed at the 9th floor it was undoable with small kids due to the loud music at the rooftop bar. Luckily they moved us to the 3rd floor the next day and offered us an extra bed since the beds where queenside instead of kingsize on this floor.

Great location. I loved the vibe…it is very hip very modern and cool. The staff was super chill. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfast and coffee I loved that we could have a nice relaxing drink at the Mosquito Rooftop and then go out have dinner and come back to a super crazy party scene. Loved it! Don’t expect quiet tho cause you came to El Poblado to party 🤪

Maybe the only minor thing a small bathroom and no closet but you can hang some clothes in the rack by the door

Everything at the hotel was perfect from the moment I arrived till the moment I checked out. The staff at the lobby, Manuela & Cristhian are amazing and extremely friendly. They made me feel at home and I even became friends with them in a short period. The hotel location is perfect and next to everything you might need in El Poblado. And the service, breakfast, and amenities are also top.
