The staff were all super friendly and helpful at every turn, they made us smile and laugh every day! The rooms were great with really good air conditioning, super clean and comfortable. They also all looked beautiful from the outside, like little colourful houses. The rooms were right on the beach. The restaurant served delicious food, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. We had a lovely time talking to them every day! The beach was lovely and clean, with friendly dogs and cats here and there. Mauritzio offered great tours: we went on the snorkelling tour and had an amazing experience. We highly recommend it! Overall just a fantastic holiday, we will miss it! Thank you Hotel Cocoplum!

Nothing - everything was fabulous.

Location is perfect. Close to town, 10 minutes in car. Hotel has direct access to the beach which is the best on the island. We visited the main beach closer to the marina and main town however this is crowded and busy with the requirement to pay beds/shade from sun. Beds and shelter is included with the hotel. Slightly up the beach from the hotel water taxis can be located to take you across to the small island and shipwreck £5 per person. Usually a private boat across sometimes a mixed boat oj return and you can stay on the small island as long as you like. There's a bar on it so it's possible to buy drinks whilst there and the seat is beautiful. Shoes recommended as the rocks are harsh on the toes. Restaurant was second to none. We sampled restaurants around the island but always found ourselves enjoying the hotel food far more and the value for the quality provided is exceptional. Prices for food and alcohol are more than reasonable. Staff across the entire hotel are friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond, often remembering names and preferences. They engage in conversation and will even help with improving your spanish as we often required. They have on-site rental staff that enable you to hire buggies and paddle boards, snorkels, etc. All very reasonable. A buggy for the day was £50 and we explored the entire island. Again, staff were very helpful and allowed us to extend our hire time so that we were able to catch a sunset. The rooms have a modern esthetic, clean, and perfect for couples and families with their options. We went as a couple with a close friend and had a junior suite which allowed for us as a couple to have our own space/room whilst our friend had their own secure room also but all within the same secured space so they felt safe also. It's been very well thought through and incredibly comfortable. We all slept beautifully!

The hotel is traditional and excellent for me and my girlfriend. It's right on the beach, no roads to cross. The bar and restaurant is also adjacent to the beach. The room was very clean, the Aircon was efficient. The food we ate was very good for me, we ate one evening meal and breakfast every day. Reception staff were great, polite, bilingual and friendly. We only stayed there days and nights but have said we would happily return for a longer stay as it's a great base to explore the island We were advised that the main town could be noisy so opted for Cocoplum, there was no noise at night. Other guests putting their own music in personal speakers at your side in the beach. That was extremely annoying. At the beach I enjoy the sounds of the sea and the wind to have people to your side, in the shared spaces of the hotel putting their own music is something that shouldn’t happen. Even more when the hotel puts their own music. It happen to me at least three times when I was annoyed by other guests music. This shouldn’t happen. Guests music on top of hotel music becomes noise. I would advise to regulate this.

Excellent location on the Island. A Real Caribbean feel to the hotel. Although a little more expensive We enjoyed the suite room and wish we could have stayed longer. An effort was made to keep the outside areas clean even after a heavy rain shower. Excellent breakfast and the staff were very kind. We enjoyed the evening meal there so much we didn’t go anywhere else.

The only grumble was that the seaweed was cleaned up periodically but not everyday. A little expensive for the quality of the room but you pay for the location away from the crowds.

Location is the best. Being beachfront and having chairs and towels to use just exiting your room was awesome. Bus pass by in front of hotel so transportation to/from center is very nice. Very comfortable room with space and a balcony. We did not hear any other guests within. It has a restaurant so it can be a life saver when leaving/arriving time. Pool is quite simple but enough as mainly you would be in the beach. Very kind staff.

A/C was pointing to the bed head so it was a bit uncomfortable at times to receive the ice air to the face when trying to sleep.

The location is fantastic: this hotel is directly at the beach and it has nice beaches. With some trees and palm trees for those who want shade, or very nice areas for people who want to enjoy the sun. The food is wonderful: the best food I tried during my time in San Andrés and Providencia. The coconut rice... ache, I still dream of it. Cocktails were nice. Beds were really comfortable. It was clean. The personnel was very kind. If I go to San Andrés again, I will stay in Hotel Cocoplum Beach.

Not all rooms have the same quality. At the beginning, we got one room that had a balcony with not very nice views and not precisely clean, but we mentioned it in reception and they gave us another room, with very nice views to the garden and the sea.

The property has a private beach. It’s very safe, zero noise. you can schedule tours directly with them. The sunrise it’s stunning

Maybe it was the season. A lot of wind and sargassum. Lots of mosquitos as well. I had a lot of expectations. I had been to San Andres before and I wanted to stay there. But there was not enough activities to do during night time. If you want to sleep in early you won’t have issues but I wanted more time with my wife and friends.

Wow. This place is amazing! This great staff makes a big difference! Thank you so much. First they upgraded us to better room for free. They were so attentive and so nice and welcoming. I will definitely comeback! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, great location, swimming pool, amazing food, staff, beach and activities like singing lady during the dinner, available yet sky, swimming, beautiful sunsets, golf car rental and many more. I think this is the only hotel with hot water!!!!! I won't be able to take shower in cold water. So massive plus. Everything perfect Thank you

Very weak WiFi, We didn't get cleaning room everyday. It is not a problem, just was a bit of sand in the toalet. But this wasn't the issue. There was a lot of glons on the beach. It doesn't look beautiful on the photos of the beach and hotel. This could be cleaned.

The beach is the best in all the island; location is very close to the Island Center and other interest places; the room is very clean and with the comfort that I NEED IT. May be other peoples are expecting for a room like the Hiltons Hotels. No, they are very simples enough for a nice short vacation. Probable some of the rooms need a touch of maintenance. The employees are very friendly peoples and willing all the time to help you and fixing any issues. I decided to stay for days in this Hotels, knowing that other in El Rodadero, Santa Marta, are excellent facilities, like the "Winds" or "Reserva la Sierra". The food in the restaurant is excellent.
