The hotel was very pretty, they have made it out to look like a castle. They unfortunatly didn't have an early check in, but they let us store our luggage and use the pool till our check in time came. The pool was nice and clean and warm. My kids had a blast swimming the 2 days we stayed there. Breakfast was adequate and they have coffee available all day. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. They have hot water in the shower which is always a plus when you travel to small islands. They are VERY pet friendly and have several dogs and cats on site that roam the hotel at their leisure. My kids loved petting and playing with them. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend them to others.

The hotel is modeled after a castle and is beautifully maintained. Every morning the maintenance man cleaned the pool, checked the chemicals and added water. The air conditioner and hot water is some of the best in all of the places I have stayed in Colombia, India, Mexico and Thailand. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked that it was close to the north end but not surrounded by hords of people and loud music.

This hotel was beautiful! The entire space was tranquil and relaxing. My room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. The shower had very hot water too! Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great! I am sad I didn’t have more time to spend there in the pool area, as I was away at the beach all day.

The hotel is actually a perfect distance away from the main beach area and all the noise and chaos that comes with it. It’s a very easy walk from the boardwalk, however there are no street lights in areas, and walking home after dark alone made me a bit nervous.

Perfect place to stay out of hustle and bustle of the town centre and only a short walk to great bars and restaurants, the staff were wonderful , the room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Planning to go back again next year .

There could be an improvement to rent bikes at the hotel, so It could be an easier option to move around without taking a taxi or bus.

The room was huge and the bathroom fancy. The staff is helpful though only Spanish-speaking. The hostel is fancy and has a pool directly in front of the rooms. It's compared to the size of the island a little away from the main action which might be a good thing. You can walk though easily for 15min to town. We didn't go to the closest beach so we can't say anything about it! They are super animal-friendly and some small and well-behaving dogs and cats will greet you once you enter the reception.

The "White Castle (WHAT… YOU… CRAVE!)" ~ the famous Chicago Restaurant Marketing absolutely applies to this amazing spot! I came to la Isla de San Andrés y Providencia with my 3 pups simply looking for a place or two with sufficient WIFI (while the Submarine Fiber Optic Cable finalizes readiness) AND that accepts dogs… PLURAL :~)… What I received was MUCH MUCH MORE. First the WIFI, I always experienced speeds 2X Video + Audio Web Meeting speeds even with other devices and applications active. Turning to my 3 pups, they were welcomed and embraced by the entire staff AND I was delighted to discover the owners Tarek and Juliana also operate the island's "Animal Heart Foundation" which helps animals all throughout Colombia… providing pet care and rescue services to the masses. One word of caution when encountering these two love birds… you may discover (like I did) them to become instant forever family! Both bring their tender care to all the hotel guests and their wonderfully amazing staff… You'll recognize Tarek as actor Andy Garcia models his look and persona after Tarek. As you can see from the photos… the entire hotel is in amazing shape, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms feel very expansive. For those who haven't traveled much to the Caribbean Islands, note the showers were saltwater in this case though any temperature you'd love to your heart's content. Since most hotel water anywhere on Earth is not typically drank, it actually serves foreigners as a great reminder to avoid drinking the water. There were plenty of fresh (& drinkable) water options at the property and all of which respecting the island's Green Initiatives (Recycling, etc.). Check in was amazing even late night after my flight was delayed, but that did not deter Libia & team who were still expecting me and being that tired from travels it was a relief as I was unsure prior to that moment what to expect.

This place is the perfect location… walking distance to the I LOVE San Andrés Island sign, very close to the airport and on this amazing island… like most places… right near some of the most incredibly blue waters you may ever experience. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The facilities are well maintained. The pool was excellent and the kids loved it. A bit far from the center but much more calm and relax. They provided taxis upon request and were very reliable all the time.

The location is really god and the staff are the best, as pet friendly I got in love with all of the pets there

The breakfast could be better and facilities could be improved such as the bath and doors
