The reservation says that the bathroom will have a bathtub but there was only a shower.

The pool area on the rooftop is perfect and offers amazing views of Santa Marta and the surrounding areas. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with some tasty options. The room was also a good size — very clean, and the bed was super-comfortable. It’s also in a great location, just one minute from the Marsol bus depot (great for me anyway)!

I thought the gym was disappointing; it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and the photographs make it look larger. If another person wants to work out at the same time, it becomes too claustrophobic. As a result, I felt the price per night was on the steep side.

The staff is beyond amazing, and the hotel's location is perfect to walk around the center. The bed is comfortable and the pool area is great to eat and drink.

The shower wasn't working properly and the water temperature switched way too many times. The breakfast area is also small and you sometimes have to wait to access things like a table or knife.

the hotel is on a good situation to visit the old town . reception staff speak good English and were very helpful . the room is clean , the bed is extremely comfortable. housekeeping worked hard every day to tidy . problems we had were solved very quickly by staff . staff helped us book trips .

the breakfast choice was limited. it was ok but could have been more extensive . the bread and buneoñas were not fresh . the food ordered ( arepa with egg ) was excellent . in the área about the hotel there was a fire. not the hotels fault but the pool was full of ashes . the staff tried hard to clean it! the room was quite bare . Santa Marta is a colourful destination and it would be easy to show this in the hotel - my husband is an architect and is happy to speak to the hotel ! i Am very happy to help staff produce accurate notices in English - the ones on public areas are incorrect - I’m sorry to say !

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar - from there, you can see some of the most incredible views of the city and the Sierra Nevadas. Also, parking is conveniently connected to the main building, so you can use a single elevator to get from your room to the parking garage.

The pool was cold wich was amazing in the heat. The staff was helpfull and the bed was biiiiig and comfortable. Good showers, but only one towel.

The breakfast was very boring with little options. If you came late, some of the food were gone. Also there were few sunbeds avaiable.

Nice and modern hotel. Huge rooms and comfortable beds. Parking in Garage 2 level. Friendly staff. Great breakfast menu.

In my room 912 the Water temperature in the shower changes from cold to very warm. I ordered a New York strip steak in the restaurant and it was miserable. Bad and cheap meat and the smashed potatoes were cold.

I stayed here twice once before I did the Lost City Trek and then for 2 nights afterwards. I liked the location because it wasn’t as noisy as I’d had before , the pool and cocktails were great and Hot water ! Best of all though we’re the front reception staff! He remembered my name when I came back and they all went above and beyond to help me get laundry done on a Sunday as their service was closed. Overall a great experience 😊

plugs in bathroom didn’t work and the corridors are a little institucional

Everything was fine. Easy to get to and from most places. Nice people.

There is an estadero very close and they had their music so high it was vibrating windows..near 3am. We were in 11th floor. That can be better controlled by the law. Restaurant prices are a bit high.
