Bluesun Berulia is a great hotel with easy access to the beach, nice pool, sufficient umbrellas around the pool. The staff was very kind and welcoming, ready to answer all questions and satisfy demands. The room was specious and the bathroom is fully renovated.

Spa was extra charged, it should be free for the hotel guests.

It is a wonderful location with a nice pool area.

Buffet tables arranged far too close to each other generating unnecessary crowding (remember the pandemic?). Too little shadow places around the pool area. Hotel Management cannot find a way to work with beach personell. Guest should for the price of the hotel have free or cheaper access to sunbeds. In front of the hotel sunbeds are most expensive. Use nicer beaches to the left or right with cheaper sunbed options and better service!

The service at this hotel was incredible, in addition to facilities and location.

The room was a good size for a 6 night stay , with a comfortable bed. The room was well insulated so wasn't disturbed by other guests. Breakfast was tasty , with lots of choice and fresh produce.

The parking at the hotel is a real pain, you have to rely on the team parking your car as its completely over capacity, and it cost £48 Euro's for 6 nights, so you are required to give the team notice when you want your car - however they did a good job in making sure my car was available when I asked. The sun beds are packed in around both pool areas which you will see from the photo's on trip advisor. You also need to pay £12 Euro s a sun-bed on the beach directly infant of the hotel, which is a little annoying but consistant along the coast.

Not my first time there, but I can say the quality is consistent over time. Location is excellent, with very nice views of the sea and the hills. No private beach, but there is a reasonable shoreline to find a spot. Pools are very nice with plenty of sun chairs. Staff is exceptionally polite and helpful.

Croatia just joined Euro zone, so prices increased a lot. Food is Ok+, but not 5 stars. If you have mobility problems, this is not the place for you. Lots of stairs everywhere.

We came here for the 4th time. And every time everything is just perfect: very friendly and helpful staff, tasty food, clean and cozy rooms, 2 pools, the cleanest sea I have ever seen and amazing Croatian nature. Here I feel home and at a vacation at the same time. Thanks, Brela

During our recent stay at this hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the location, facilities, and services. The staff were incredibly hardworking and really made our short vacation special. If only we had more days to enjoy it! Now, I know some folks say this isn't a "real" 5-star hotel. But let's be honest, some people are all about the glitz and glamour. If you're looking for a place where you can truly relax and enjoy your holiday, this is the spot. Sure, there are stairs to navigate the scenic mountain-side location, but those views are totally worth it. And yes, it's great for families with kids too. Just remember, this isn't Disneyland, so manage your expectations accordingly. We heard some complaints about mosquitoes and pets, but we didn't encounter any issues. If bugs or pets, or life in general is not your thing, maybe it's best to stay home. Kudos to the hotel for handling all sorts of guest demands with such patience. Special shoutout to Milenka for keeping our room spotless! All in all, this hotel offers a delightful and refreshing vacation experience. The dedicated staff and stunning location make it a place we'd highly recommend. So, pack your bags an d get ready for a balanced and fulfilling stay!

One small suggestion for improvement: we had three people in our room - booked for two adults plus a child; however when the "child" is a teenager, it would be great to include amenities for them as well.

A lot of the time the food was warm or cold. To many bloody steps. The wife and I have bad knees and we were told that because we booked a room with the infinity pool outside our room that we would have a separate entrance and we could also park our car behind the hotel BUT on arrival we were told that had to use the hotel entrance and EVERY BLINKING DAY WE WOULD HAVE TO CLIMB ABOUT 100 STAIRS EVERY-TIME WE LEFT OUR ROOM - not bloody happy 😡

Excellent choice of food for a half board option,close to the beach,walking distance to town, hotel guests had use of a Gym

For 5 star hotel apart from gym use for guests everything else was an extra charge. Parking situation wasn’t explained at check in (€8 a night) as we were touring Europe we had a few things in the roof box and needed access to the car, as this was not parked on the hotel site we had to ask every time we needed to go to the car.
