Breakfast was rather basic but ok to start the day. We stayed in a triple room, which was tight, especially the bathroom part. Yet, for 2 nights ok. The room itself was clean but needed some handyman's work. Wifi could be used mainly outside, not in rooms. The speciality for us was an outdoor pool and a cosy jacuzzi. We enjoyed spending time there. PS! Thanks to the owner's reminder we bought Plitvice NP tickets in advance.

The triple room's third bed's matrice was uncomfortable.

The apartment is located in a very nice area. The owner is very kind and helpful. We spent a weekend here, but next time we will definitely spend more, because there is a lot to see. We asked for breakfast, which is very, very delicious, there is a lot of choice, and the owner prepares it herself. The sauna and jacuzzi were also adequate, we really enjoyed it after visiting the Plitvice Lakes. Unfortunately, it was still cold for the pool. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean.

Great location, near Plitvice Lake. Marina was very helpful and friendly and prepares a good breakfast. The pool is great, a good way to relax in the evening. We spent a lovely evening and night watching the Perseides.

We booked 3 rooms, one of them was triple. The triple one has a very small bathroom, you have to step in the shower in order to get to the toillet. No fridge in the room, this is mentioned on Booking, but it would be nice to have.

Such a warm reception from the owner who is so helpful and informative. The whole hotel is immaculate and the room is just perfect. The pool facilities were greatly appreciated after a long motorcycle ride from the UK in the heat. The location is approximately a 10-15min drive from the national park main entrances. Lots of places to eat in walking distance as well, that are not expensive. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was the best yet on our road trip. We are going to recommend this place to our families who now want to visit the parks.

When we arrived, we were greeted in the yard by the dog Rio, the cutest and most cuddly creature. The host is very friendly, attentive and always available for additional information and help. The pictures of the accommodation reflect the actual condition. The spacious room is clean and well soundproofed. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is freshly prepared daily, plentiful and satisfying even the most demanding guests. The american pancakes, prepared by the host are excellent and a must-try. I admit that I have never eaten fluffier american pancakes. The location of the accommodation is excellent, as a market, cafe and restaurant are within walking distance.

Wonderful location located right outside the National Park. The room was cute and quaint. The staff was very kind. I had sprained my ankle the day before, and they helped me get an ice pack. Breakfast was homemade, plentiful, and delicious! The pool and hot tub area were super cute. I only wish we had more time to enjoy them. The resident dogs are sweethearts.

Nothing - everything was wonderful.

We liked that the sofa bed was made up and ready upon our arrival. We also liked the friendly greeting upon arrival. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of three and was close to the park. We enjoyed our dip in the jacuzzi each evening.

The hot tub could have been a tad hotter, but it still was lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host family are lovely and very helpful. The flat was comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi, sauna and a swimming pool. Great location since it’s on route to Zadar, Zagreb and close to Plitvice lakes. We enjoyed the breakfast there and there are several cafes and restaurants close to the bus stop too.

As we were planning to cook, we found that some basic kitchen utensils were missing but we managed to improvise a bit and when we asked for anything they were always willing to help. Loved the fact that we could use the BBQ and the grill

We arrived and were welcomed with a smile from a very attentive host. The room and bathroom were very clean and we were offered more towels for the sauna and jacuzzi. (which are a great oasis) Very quiet place. Breakfast was very varied and as vegetarians we found fruits and salad so it was perfect.

Hot water takes very long to get to the shower

This is a great place to stay! It is spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Even better, after walking round the stunning Plitvice Lakes, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for relaxing. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by. We were sorry not to meet the owners, who were away for a few days on vacation, but we were looked after brilliantly by their capable daughters, Antonella and Martina. Antonella took the lead, and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She washed and dried our laundry for a small fee, and gave great advice about visiting Plitvice Lakes. It was a pleasure to meet her. Top tip for visiting the Lakes - book Villa Cancar for 3 nights, and buy a two-day pass for the Lakes. Try Route B on the first day, and E on the second day. One of the most beautiful places we have ever seen!
