The apartment is located between Rijeka and Opatija, which means you would need a car to move around more. This is a spacious, well laid out apartment. It was quiet.

There was a side door missing on our shower, which I consider should have been communicated to us, if they have not had the time to replace. Also, more attention could have been given to cleanliness. We haven't used the kitchenette, but I find it unfair to state that guests will be charged if it's not cleaned upon check out.

A place with nice interior apartment design and family care for clients. During the summer season, I can imagine swimming on the beach and sunbathing on the wonderful apartment terrace. In short, the perfect interior design of the apartments complements the nice exterior design of the terrace.

We had a huge room on the first floor of the building equipped with kitchen. An unexpected bonus was that the room was serviced daily. Very friendly and helpful check-in experience with helpful suggestions provided regarding local attractions and where to dine. The coastal Franz Josef promenade is stunning, and the start is not too far from the apartments. The nearest restaurants are in Volosko which is a short drive away. Off road parking provided at the property and brilliant breakfast provided daily. A good base for visiting Opatia and this region of the Kvarner riviera.

Nothing to fault.

Everything top. Especially how hice and attentive all members of the family that own the place are, and all other personnel. The building, rooms, bedclothes and towels, and bathrooms are absolute clean, the air conditioning is discrete and works, and is very close to a good number of nice and small beaches. The building is kept fully maintained 24x7

The bathroom of one is our rooms let some smell from the sewage in, but this I guess has to do with the water facilities of the location, not at all with any Cleanines issue The problem was easily solved by keeping the bathroom ventilated.

The room was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were provided with free parking included. The bar was at the ground floor of the apartments. Simple but good.

The shower was missing half of glass door. It is close to main road and the beaches close to the apartments are very wild, yet maintained. Far away by foot from any great restaurants, city centres.

The breakfast was great and really delicious. Tha staff was very friendly and helpful through our staying.

The closest beach is so small but threr are many nice placeses near the apartrment whrre you can spend a "sunny days".

Clean, modern looking room; comfortable and well appointed. Ample and well cooked breakfast. The manager was very helpful.

Location was close to the waterfront and picturesque Opatija, however, the hotel was adjacent to a car rental and car repair shop.

The room was fantastic. Specifically, the size of the room. It was clean, and we had a nice view.

The breakfast was not wealthy.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was good, a lot of options, just maybe not so much quantity, there was a little bit of everything. Room is quite nice overall, very modern.

The mattresses were a bit too hard in my opinion and there were two mattresses on a queen bed (not a single one).

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The first impression was - everything smell sooooo nice and pleasent! The breakfast was satisfying, not with a lot of options but considering that those are apartmants and not a hotel it was totally fine. Location is amazing - 5 minutes drive from Rijeka and 5 minutes drive from the center of Opatija. Staff was super friendly and polite!
