"Excellence", describes the experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Extraordinary courtesy and efficiency in every aspect of our stay .Breakfast was outstanding as was the beautiful morning sea view from the veranda. We were upgraded to a suite with a lovely garden view, the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, everything about this hotel was 5 star++. And a very "Special Thank You "to Tihana on the front desk who treated us like "Family"as she patiently answered all our questions . If your visiting Opatica this is the place to be!!

The hotel is very well located, close to good restaurants and with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are comfortable. Excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Wonderful breakfast, the waiter was very attentive and the quality of the food and drinks was impressive. The reception staff were also friendly and attentive and a highlight was the employee Tihana who prepared an itinerary for our visit to Rijeka.

There could be a waiter available near the jacuzzi and pool to assist guests who were using these facilities.

The cafeteria and the restaurant are incredible, breakfast is also really good, good position near everything

The part with the sunbeds is really annoying. They don t have one for each customer, so it’s first to come, first to serve. Problem is, you go at 7 am snd want to enjoy the morning there snd you realise that people had reserved their seat dince lSt night and no one is on the beach but the towels on the sunbeds. Pity.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel it was magic! The decoration, the friendly staff, impeccably comfortable rooms and decor, the friendly smiling staff, the spa, the location. The manager Ilija made sure we were taking care off. The lady running the spa Svjetlana is great! I recommend you check it out and book a massage with her. This was a wonderful experience and we are sure to come back! :-)

We cannot say enough nice things about our stay! From our warm welcome (with a cold drink) to our departure...the kind staff (smiles do matter), the close attention to little details, and the stylish (but not pretentious) facilities exceeded our expectations. We'd like to comment on our hostess/manager Maria, who made such a difference in our experience. We felt this was an extraordinary value for money. The breakfast buffet (with daily live music/pianist!) and service at breakfast was outstanding and generous and a joy to linger over on the terrace or under the arched patio. Our room with a balcony view of the sea was fresh, comfy, and done in such soothing colors. We loved the quiet indoor/outdoor pool area, the close vicinity to the beach walk, and free use of the sauna/steam rooms. The hotel still has an air of old-school, formal glamour (without being stuffy) that one doesn't find so often anymore but we truly appreciate. We will be back.

"The breakfast was truly excellent; just the fact that you can enjoy it on the terrace makes a big difference, but we also appreciated the variety of options. Truly all compliments. The room was pleasant and clean. For the children, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and then there was live music and great cocktails. Yes, the visit is expensive, but for special occasions, this is the right hotel."

The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL & very, very well kept. Located within feet of the sea which provided for beautiful sunrises & strolls along the beach. The breakfast itself & the service staff were AMAZING!! … as were the front desk people!! Very willing to answer questions, give recommendations, etc!! We can’t wait to return!!!

Great location right on the water and boardwalk, the breakfast was excellent and service in the breakfast area was very attentive.

We didn’t like that the music venue below played loud music until very late in the night. We also felt the sunbathing deck had little staff attention and previously used chairs had prior guests discarded drinks and towels strewn about.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 5 times. Its in a great spot and has an awesome terraced restaurant. The staff are freindly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent and with great service. A perfect Croatian Riveria Hotel, right on the water front with easy access to restaurants and shops. Plus underground parking. Its not cheap, but very good.

Because of the central location there can be noise from surrounding venues with loud music. On this occasion a nearby wedding.

Opatija is an incredibly lovey and beautify town and hotel Milenij is definitely a diamond in the crown :) We loved the magnificent sea view from the room on the top floor, beautiful park next to the property, sparkling clean and convenient facilities with saunas, indoor pool and hot jacuzzi. The warm and friendly attitude of the hotel staff and willingness to help made our stay absolutely amazing - thank you to Tomislav and Lucia, Svetlana, Diana, Alen and a huge warm thankyou to Maria !
