This hotel offered spacious, well-appointed rooms that were impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, although the cover could have been larger. The on-sight restaurant was a delightful surprise, serving some of the best Croatian cuisine we had during our trip. The hotel’s convenient location to Plitvice Park made it an ideal base for exploring this stunning natural wonder.

One major issue we encountered was staffs or guests smoking in close proximity to the hotel and our room. Despite paying extra for a room with an outdoor hot tub, we were unable to enjoy it fully due to people smoking on the balcony next to our hot tub. We had room 12

Great location to stay while visiting Plitvice National Park. The room we had was of good size. We did not choose the breakfast option in the morning as we just had some take aways at a pastry shop the night before and needed to leave early to the park. There were lifts and we did not have to carry our bags to the room, the weather was a bit cold so the swimming pool was closed, and there is no sauna. There was some construction of a new hotel next to this but it did not have much noise to bother us.

Wished they had the side door to the car park open the morning during check out as it will help to move my bags much more easier to the car that from the front entrance.

Staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Evening meals in both restaurants were very good quality and portion size. Pool was clean, well kept and a good temperature. Outdoor areas were lovely especially for sitting out with a drink in the evening

Bathroom was clean and modern and looked good but the shower sprayed all over the floor and left it flooded with water whatever angle we adjusted it to. Breakfast was a bit limited considering how good the evening meals were and the fine dining restaurant isn't air conditioned which meant it was pretty warm on the hotter days even with doors and windows open..

Savršen kompleks koji se nalazi uz glavni put, ali sklonjen od saobraćaja. Parking ispred samog hotela. Hotel je divan, moderan, prečist. Sve savršeno radi, wifi perfektan, osoblje preljubazno. Restoran u okviru hotela odličan, hrana kvalitetna, izbor pića veliki. Bazen za svaku pohvalu. Ceo utisak je sjajan. Posebna zahvalnost baristicama (i plavoj i brineti) prave savršene koktele, konobaru sa bradicom koji je pronašao savršen balans između uštogljene prefinjenosti i pajtašenja tako da mu je svaki komentar odmeren, na mestu i u pravo vreme i momku sa recepcije u kome smo prepoznali iskrenu gostoprimljivost i brigu za gosta.

Pre bi se mogao reći predlog, da restoran u hotelu izbaci par stolova ka bazenu da se leti moze vecerati napolju i uzivati u koktelima i cigaretama.

Katarina was very personable desk staff Had a lift at the end of the hall for getting luggage upstairs. Quiet spacious, modern room & bathroom Very comfortable beds Operable windows and fairly quiet at night sleeping with them open. Nice grounds Had a working kettle for hot water Good breakfast in Hotel Plum Restaurant, but ran out of yogurt & didn’t put a lot of fresh berries out.

The main Degenija Restaurant was a huge attraction for the tourists in the area, and while it is a beautiful modern restaurant, all the hard surfaces make it VERY loud…That, combined with just good (not great) food, led us to eat elsewhere.

This hotel is beautiful! Excellent location, close to entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes National Park, close to a gas station, markets, and other restaurants that are not on site. Excellent breakfast options and the ability to add room service, good size room, excellent shower, great restaurants on site, plenty of parking, and extremely friendly and helpful staff!

The only thing lacking was a "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door. That would have been helpful so housekeeping wasn't knocking on the door in the morning. They were nice though and offered to exchange our towels even though we did not want our room cleaned that day.

We stayed a short night here for our early morning visit to Plitvice Lakes National park, so we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the hotel and its facilities. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and at that point the hotel restaurant was our only dining option. We were pleasantly surprised with both the food and the service. Both were very good. We also had a great breakfast here the following morning before we headed into the park. Hotel was approximately 10 min from Entrance 1 of the national park. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Nothing. Well maybe the weather could have been nicer!

Good size room, comfy bed and good toiletries. Good reception girl - very friendly. Good dinner and lots of choice at restaurant Degenija. Nice breakfast (served from 7am) with hot and cold items and delicious apple pastry. Ideal for visiting Plitvice, there’s also a nearby viewing point about 15 mins by you car (without entering the park). We did trail C at Plitvice, took about 5 hours - lower lakes walk, boat to upper lakes, walk, then shuttle bus back then walk to car park. Very impressive day.

Nit picking/ suggestions (didn’t spoil our stay): provide water, tissues and English tea in room. Would have liked mushrooms, grilled tomatoes or beans with breakfast. Scrambled egg could have been hotter. Probably us being less tolerant of other peoples kids but the one negative was the continual shouting out at the pool. Could possibly have been non residents given the picnicking. Didn’t like the smoking round the pool.

The hotel was nice and tidy. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice! The pool and the gardens were very pleasant. It is very close (but not walkable close) to the Plitvicki lakes and a good stop. They have bike rentals as well.

There were some misunderstandings with the restaurant. They didn't follow with our dinner reservation and our requests. There is a big hotel being built right at the backyard and the noise starts at about 8:30 AM :( Perhaps avoid it in the next 6 months.

Katarina and Ivana at the front desk were absolute gems! They were both so friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our conversations with each of them.

The only problem with the property was that there is a massive construction project happening right now adjacent to the pool. Creates a significant amount of noise when when is trying to relax by the pool. Hopefully this is a short term problem though. The pool is really beautiful and to be fair, the noise stops at 4 PM.
