These rooms on first appearance were a bit "ummm what have we done" but once you get inside, the rooms are large and clean with a decent shower. Breakfast is served in your room in a tray. It's a sandwich/roll, a pastry, some cereal, a piece of fruit and some yoghurt. Drinks of tea or coffee and fruit juice. Location wise this is a 15 min walk down to the main old town /harbour area. Nice little bar just across the main road and a takeaway cevapi shop down the road behind that. Perfect

Stowed away in a little street to the side of thebigger roads was the apartment. Entering at first we were greeted by Mirela, the friendly hostess. Her english was very good and she was very hospitable. She showed us the apartment which consisted of a room with a bed, sofa and table. All necessities were there like a water cooker glasses and a fridge. There was a private bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet and sink. Another outstanding thing was how clean the apartment was! You can see that its really being cared for. I can recommend the apartment to anyone staying in split who wants to be close to the palace and water. As for the size of the room, sure it isnt the biggest but spacious enough for 2 people. With everything you can do in the near vicinity you won't be spending a lot of time being bored here anyway. Edit: as it turned out my 2 night stay would become a 3 night stay because the mechanic couldn't fix my car that day. After giving Mirela a call and asking for another last minute reservation she was as hospitable as can be. Having left the apartment a few hours before we arrived about half an hour after the call. The room was already clean and tidied up. Ready for new guests which turned out to be me again. Mirela many thanks for the stay!

We stayed at apartments Aspalathos for 5 nights and loved it here! Mirela was such a lovely host, very kind and always helpful, the breakfast that was served in the room was delicious and the location was perfect, close to everything - the old town, boats and restaurants! Would really recommend this place for everyone! Top service. We will definitely come back. :)

Location was excellent and Communication was very good. Clean, good sized room with all that was needed for our stay.

Parking was a bit of a challenge but not a deal breaker.

Location is excellent for the price. Booked at very short notice due to not wanting to drive back to Dubrovnik. Could park for free outside but also only took about 15 to walk to old town. Even brought code in the morning. Instructions for check in were very clear

Apartment is super clean, modern, cozy, bed is comfortable. Great location with just 10 min walk to centar or main public beach. Owner was really kind, quick in responding on messages, did help us with free parking in front of apartment. Included breakfast was fresh and tasty! We definitely wanna come back and plan to stay longer next time!

The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful and the included breakfast was great! Only about a 15 minute walk to the old town and Harbour so very convenient location. Only a couple of stairs if accessibility is a concern.

Mirela was an amazing host. She was friendly and kind at all times to give us directions or help us. She prepares a lovely breakfast every morning and brings it to your room and let’s you decide if you want to change from different choices. I would totally recommend the apartment as it’s close to the beach and city center. She also organized a private taxi for us for the airport. We would definitely be back if we are in Split again :)

The room was really comfortable and proprietor had ensured that all amenities were available. Communication about access was prompt, and my hostess was very friendly and helpful.
