This is not a hotel! It is a collection of five rooms on one floor of a residential building. I had a lovely welcome on arrival. It is 2 mins walk from the old town. It is less than 10 mins walk from Bacvice beach. The room is clean, comfortable but it is also compact! The shower was particularly good. It has a fridge and a safe. They provided me with beach towel which I appreciated. I was also given a late checkout till 12pm and could leave my luggage there for the day. I would stay here again. It was very good value for me as it was off season and I booked last minute

Housekeeping was not good. One day, nothing at all. Another day, new toiletries, another day fresh towels. Bed was never touched.

- Yerka is very nice and responsive via WhatsApp - the building is very central, direct proximity to the old town and everything you may want to do/visit there - reasonable price

- there is heavy trafic on the street -> the approach of the building is not very nice and it's noisy (the window isolation is not much performing, clearly not street noise proof) - shutters do not close completely-> if you like sleeping in the full dark it won't suit you. - everything is modern and seem pretty recent but overall doesn't look very qualitative. Good bed and linen though. - not that easy to park nearby especially during High season. Clearly not possible to park in front to drop the luggage even for few minutes. (Yerka kindly informed us about it and gave some tips to park elsewhere so not a big deal but worth knowing in advance)

The location of the property was really good. Very close to the port and restaurants and bars. The self check in was made clear to us and was easy and convenient. The room was nice and clean. The ac was very good. Bathroom was beautiful with a great shower.

Great location, easy walking distance to the Riva and Diocletian's Palace area. Very simple to get there from the port too. We really enjoyed how quiet the place was, the room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. Loved having a little terrace too to sit out and have a glass of wine on. They were also nice enough to book us early morning private transport to the airport which was helpful. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location within 5 minutes walk to the old town. Our host was lovely and made sure we have everything we needed. The room is on the smaller side but if you’re just looking for a room while sightseeing in Split this is a great place to stay. The room was clean and great value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great.

Convenient location to the Riva, food options, and the marina. Walkable to sights in Split. Staff was very friendly and responsive to questions before and during our stay.

Location is small and rooms felt close together. Needed to use earplugs to block out noises outside the room; common area and staff are directly outside. There was no elevator, had some difficulty getting luggage up and down the stairs.

Close to bus station and ferry terminal. Good and communicative host. Small but comfortable room with shared loungeroom. Our driver from the airport was waiting for us and took us to the apartment and gave us all necessary information. We were allowed to check out after 11.30am which was appreciated.

I chose this place for its location and I was very happy about it, worked well for my travel purposes. Staff was very helpful with whatever questions I had.

Room was nice for traveling alone, would have been a bit small for two as I originally made the reservation since all the space was basically the bed and the bathroom and the storage closets. Maybe other rooms were a bit bigger but mine was smaller than I thought.

We only had a short stay, but this hotel was by far the comfiest we have stayed on so far. The rooms were a little small, but had everything you need. The best & pillows were so comfy and you were able to fully block out the light which was fantastic! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short stay in Split!

Very helpful receptionist, 4 minutes walk from the centre bus terminal. Very clean and beautiful modern decor. Comfortable bed and great powerful shower.

Everything was catered for, so I have nothing to dislike.
