Location to the city and port ferries but not too close to the tourist area.

It felt a bit impersonal on arrival and it wasn’t that clear it was a hotel it looks like an office building.

The amenities were all new, the room and bed was quite comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the harbor

Although the location was good in that it was only a 10 minute walk to the main old town and promenade, the neighborhood seemed somewhat unkept and there were no nearby breakfast or coffee shops. It was not clear that the tall skyscraper type building was the location for the Seascape Luxury Rooms.

Good location, 10 mins to old town. Fast WiFi and spacious room with an excellent view. Better old town view as the apartment is located at the top floor of the apartment. Friendly staff as well.

Not too secure as seems to be everyone can have access to the apartment building but split is a very safe city.

The Seascape is well-located with a 10 minute walk taking you to the ferry port or to Diocletian's Palace. It is also a 10 minute walk to one of my favorite restaurants during our trip, Dvor. The rooms are super spacious and were as pictured with great views over the water, city, and mountains (Seascape occupies the top floor of a 14 story building). We weren't sure whether it was an apartment-hotel or a hotel and it falls somewhere between; however, the days we left prior to housekeeping coming by our rooms were tidied up and we were left new towels. The front desk is there to check people in/out and she was happy to store our luggage for our late flight.

We felt the Seascape was good value for money; however, we were surprised to discover that it is one floor of an office building that contains other hotel-like providers, plus several business. It truly feels like a corporate HQ and the parking lot surrounding the building makes the entrance feel a bit bleak. That said, the rooms were big and modern, the neighborhood quiet and safe, and it was close to everything.

Extremely well located. Also had a great view of the water, as good as the cathedral in the Palace. Facilities were great and everything was clean and running well. Also great check in service, very friendly and even gave me tips on food places (that were very good!)

On the last day there was a smell like nail polish remover - but it was throughout the whole building and I stopped noticing it after a while, so didn’t make a huge mark on my stay. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again or recommending to friends/family.

A massive room with sweeping views of the city, port and ocean. Quite new and very clean with all the amenities that you might need for a short or medium stay. Situated right on the edge of Old Town, it is an ideal location if you arrive by bus or intend to leave by ferry and an easy walk to both located at the port. The room is part of a cluster of individual, self contained rooms that are located on the 18th floor of a modern apartment building with a very helpful dedicated receptionist during the daylight hours. Only a short walk to the Old Town with restaurants, shops and markets. The room is serviced daily.

It was a very nice clean large room. Modern! The bathroom was very nice and a good size. The staff was nice. It was a great location with a fantastic view!

It was confusing that it was located in an office building. It would have been helpful to know that.

Lovey and clean place, very friendly staff. We were able to lave our bags prior our check in time and afterwards as well. Nice location, very close to the port and old town.

This is a very modern property situated ideally close to the port and local beach with easy access. Our room was beautiful and very spacious with a great view of the city and old town (no water view unfortunately). The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, as was the bathroom. This was a great little overnight stay before our long trip home.

Nothing critical. The greeting from the staff member wasn't memorable, but that could have also been a language barrier. The price may have been a little expensive but given it was in high season this was probably expected.

Very clean and luxurious, great views over the sea as it is on 14th floor. Nice bathroom. Good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the start of the old town, and the same from the port and bus/train stations. Room was serviced every day

It was quite hard to find, there were no signs mentioning Seascape, outside the building and the entrance to the building was not very obvious as everything was tinted glass and it looked like the building was still being completed. Entrance is nearest to the uphill corner of the building, under a covered walkway. Once we got into the building it was fine.
