The forniture and the facility was of high standard

I did not like the way I was treated by one the staff member of the Hostel. One morning at around 04:00 I was in the hall of the hostel and the guy at the desk was very rude to me. After few minutes that I was on the internet with my iPad he told me that I had to leave immediately because he had to wash the floor but it was clearly a lie! He basically kicked me out from the room. I believe he had racial reasons as I looked like a Nord-Africa person. It was disappointed and I do believe that people like him should not work in hostels, it was the only bad aspect of the hostel.

Excellent hostel near the train station and not too far from the bus station. Everything was clean and in good order. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If you have an early train or arrive late this is the best place. The hostel is safe. It is an inexpensive hostel, not a hotel. There is no a/c, if that is a problem for you stay elsewhere. The website tells you there is no a/c. Everything is clean and basic. You need your own soap. If you expect soap in a hostel shower you should go to a hotel. The staff is very nice.

Staff, hmm, not the stuff, but one angry woman (probably she's the most unfriendly there, met her twice) was very eager to instigate checkout time at 11... on sunday. I fully understand the reason, why checkout times are set, but all that commotion, caused by her, because we were leaving at 11:30 was a bit too much... and yes, i almost always leave past the checkout time, and i do travel quite a lot. If it's not more than one hour nobody cares.

Great location - 2 minutes from central station and 4 minutes from city center. They made a great recommendation for local food 5 blocks away from the hostel.

Receptionist girls do not have people skill - well I think was mostly with me (just felt that) Men bathroom was in poor condition, mainly the bath.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hostel! Check-in was incredibly easy, even though I arrived late at night, as they operate 24/7, which is super convenient for travelers with unpredictable schedules. The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of Zagreb city center, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that feels completely removed from the hustle and noise of the city. The staff were amazing-friendly, kind, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The toilets and showers were functional and well-maintained. Overall, this hostel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and great service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb, whether for a short trip or an extended stay!

Good location, close to the station and the main park (where christmas market is located!!). We got the 6-bedroom and we did not meet with the bad reputation as written in the review at all, the lady at the counter is actually helpful and there are no bedbugs. There is cultery, towels, and locks for rent for free (with a deposit). The bathroom is shared and no amenities given but is relatively clean. Overall, I felt like it is a bit too expensive as compared to what was given but nothing was a particularly awful experience.

The beds are quite old with some random writings on the bunks and the blankets are not the most comfortable, but still okay. The elevator is quite old as well. The room is not soundproof and sometimes gets pretty suffocated even during wintertime so we need to open the window every now and then. I also wished there was a common kitchen because only a microwave and kettle was available.

Hi hostel is a 5 level hostel accessible by lift, clean and a sense of space within rooms, bathrooms were clean and staff helpful, close to many attractions and 100m to train station and public transport, hop on hop of tourist bus. Great location.

If I could make a suggestion, a small addition to make it more convenient for guests and that is to have a fridge, kettle and microwave on each level, currently to use the kettle fridge, microwave it's required to take the lift to to ground level, my room was on the 5th level.

This hostel was in a perfect location to wander around Zagreb.

Shower was great but the waste needs attention

The location - center, 5 mins walking from the train station, everything else is also very near. Free lockers with the deposit. The beds very comfortable. The rooms have fans so people should not be complaining about rooms being too hot. There are vending machines in the hostel - it might be life saving in thee middle of the night - but they accept cash only.

Apart from the girl working in the morning no one smiles, they do their job, but still, when they looked at me I felt guilty of being there. Urinals in men toilet don't work, on any of the floors. there is a note saying that it's temporary but the note is so old that the color faded away - only one shower for the entire floor, can be problem. When it comes to Zagreb the price is great for the value, but comparing to other countries, it is very expensive, but accommodation in Croatia in general is of high price if you compare the ratio to food for instance.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They offer free luggage storage service after I check-out, in case I went around the city while waiting for my flight. The room is bright and the bed is comfort. There is a personal locker for each guest in the room.

The dormitory room is relatively small and hot. There is only one electric table-fan, so the guest who stay in the upper bed doesn't get the air. The shower is only one so the guest must make a line to use it and not really clean. The kitchen also small. There is only one key for each dormitory room, so the guest has to leave it to the receptionist in case he/she is the last one in the room and want to go outside and the other guest has to check the availability of the key in the receptionist before he/she enter the room.
