Great newly opened hotel with welcoming staff, excellent service. Stayed one night with my dog. Room was spacious and nice designed, bed was comfortable and to find bathrobe and slippers in the drawers made me really happy. As mentioned above only stayed one night on my way through Zagreb, would loved to stay longer… Thank you!

Parking signs are a bit difficult to figure out especially if you arrive in the middle of the night like me. It didn’t help that Google Maps managed to bring me to the hotel through the back road.

Its a new hotel built recently. Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable . The amenities were good. The breakfast was also very good.

The only thing which was not good was that there were no doors for the shower. So if someone is taking a shower, you can easily see them from the mirror.

Great hotel on convenient location, fast check in, front office staff is friendly. Breakfast is great, service is good quality and rooms are very clean.

Excellent hotel, with professional and friendly staff. Cleaning ladies were extremely kind and praiseworthy. Perfect beds, very comfortable pillows and mattresses. Everything was great.

Photos of the room I booked had a bathtub, but I got a room without a bathtub. Found a plate of biscuits in the room, at first I thought it was a complimentary gift, but then realized some sort of weird looking jam underneath them and decided not to touch it. I believe it was left in the room from some guests before me. Also the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned - found traces of hair and stains.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the building and they weren’t very forthcoming about that.

The bed and bed lining were extra comfortable, everything was super clean and the food at the main restaurant was amazing.

Almost everything. I changed 7 rooms in 3 days. And out of them 7, only the first one was a Deluxe King Room I paid. All others were some small ones. Also, AC keeps shutting off, lights turn on by itself in the middle of the night, multiple times, key card readers don’t always work; often times you will find yourself locked out of your room naked in a bathrobe. The hotel isn’t fully operational, yet it still works. The kitchen range hood vents in run 24/7 because no one instructed the staff how to use kitchen equipment, so the moment someone opens the door, the vent hoods pull cold air through these doors and then were back to zero. its always cold in the room and in public areas, AC needs 6+ hours to lift the temp by 3 degrees. There are only 3 members of stuff in charge of setting the bed and cleaning the room, 3 on 7 floors. I was transferred 6 times in 7 rooms, often in the middle of the night when I couldn’t sleep due to lights turning on by itself. To anyone reading this, this may not be the case for you, but im still warning you. The last room number 7 was perfect. Everything worked. But every other… You may experience all of these issues or just one, but you will at least one. Also, feel free to smoke in the bathroom under the exhaust vent, since its really the only place you can smoke at, due to extreme cold outdoors and no designated heated cigar lounges in the hotel Hope that helps, P.s. hotel is really beautiful on the inside, industrial style and raw concrete ceilings with fire sprinkler system visible. But the technology is the worst. And staff aren’t instructed how to use anything of the equipment.
