The Locations is great (a little bit hidden but therefore really nice located) and the Room was big and all what we needed and mentioned in the description was there. Shower comes also with warm water - i mean we dont used it as its warm enough but a nice to have. Big beds, Air condition and a lot of space for our cloths. Breakfast was continental and also all there. Butter, Ham, Cheese, Jam and eggs in various types to order. Coffee tastes also very good! On top is also a very delicious Indian Restaurant with a big variety on the menu. It tasted amazing and we definitely recommend to eat there. The Reception was also 24h open.

The Lock on the door seems a little bit flimsy and shoukd maybe get exchanged.

The hotel is great in terms you get what you pay, it's a very good deal. It needs renovation, but the potential of the hotel is awesome. Rooms are spacious, beds are large, location is perfect. You get a free private parking in front of the hotel. Air-condition is good. Breakfast is basic, but they always have fresh fruit, which is great. The highlight of the hotel is manager Rinesh. Such a great guy. He is always there if you need anything, we felt like home. Keep up the good work Rinesh, you are awesome.

Breakfast could be better, with more variety, but it's ok. Rooms need renovation, except bathroom which is like in high class hotels. To sum up all - you will get more than you would pay compared to other hotels in Willemstad.

The location of the hotel is fantastic walking distance from the amenities that you would like to have during the day,and at night, the area is very secure, people are friendly, Walking distance from the bridge that connects you to the other part of the island, were there are restaurants with free wifi which is convenient. Overall I would go back to this hotel is I visit the island again.

The entrance of the hotel is through an alley from the street upwards, which is a little dark at night, but of course ok during the day, a very short distance walking, though it is uphill so, I do not recommend it for people in a wheelchair, or with disabilities.

It is evident that the owner value customers opinion as a way to keep on remodeling and improving the facility. I had the pleasure of meeting him. He is a seasoned businessmen who deals by example and he also appears to take care of his staff. Employees were accommodating. Ms. Marian at the kitchen is an excellent cook as she prepares a delicious breakfast. Ms Maria who cleans and set up the rooms were very polite, Both Ms. Marian and Ms Maria were ready to provide the best possible service, are knowledgeable and pleasant employees. So were the receptionists.

Room exceeded our expectations. Spacious and comfortable. In room fridge for cold drinks was a bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on premises was delicious with generous portions for dinner. We opted for the Indian cuisine and it was phenomenal! Breakfast was also very good and very good coffee and croquettes. Highly recommend!

The only negative is that there is no elevator. We had heavy luggage from several weeks on a cruise and it was rough carrying up stairs. But if you are travelling lighter I highly recommend the hotel.

All staff were very polite, but the receptionist Rosemary was incredibly very friendly, smiling and helpful ... she rocks!!! Blessed person. The room is quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. Although the hotel may seem a bit old fashioned and I believe Curaçao has that vibe, everything was clean and organized.

Although the lady responsible for the breakfast is very sweet, kind, smiling and concerned about serving us, I believe that the breakfast time should be better managed. If it's supposed to start at 7am, then everything should be ready at 7am, but it didn't work like that.

The hotel is in good location within a walking distance to the city centre. The staff was realy nice and friendly, trying to do their best. The room was spacious, clean, with air conditioning, hot water in shower. Positively surprised with the breakfast offered by the hotel.

We could hear in the room the noise from the equipment, which was installed on the outside walls of the hotel. The room was a bit outdated. Some organisational aspects could be improved, e.g. when we arrived our room was not ready yet, so we were offered to stay for one night in the other hotel, so an email explaining the situation in advance would have been useful.

Location close to everything, walkable within like 5-10mins, along the way cute restaurants, points of interests etc. Staff is AMAZING! Providing us with everything we need (extra sheet, converter for hairdryer, ice, friendliness

Breakfast wasn't ready "on time" so we felt rushed a few times because our activities started early in the morning.

The door to the balcony was not easy to open, needs maintenance. Breakfast was served late, we needed to go for an appointment and planned to breakfast before leaving, since we got informed that breakfast is served at 7o'clock till at 7.30 am they started to set up the breakfast items. We had seats in the balcony and they told us that they need them to put upstairs, if I did not tell them that we needed them too, to sit in the balcony they would not offer us other seats. We went there to celebrate New Years Eve and those things could be very annoying.

Excellent location with super markets closeby. The restaurant on the top floor was excellent and convenient. There was always water or Juice available along with toffees at the reception. The parking was just in front of the hotel and it is conveniently located near the town. Walkable distance to the core downtown.
