This place is truly bizarre. On the paper it is perfect and with the facilities they it should be one of the hot spots in curacao. However you get a weird vibe staying there, lights in common areas are really dark and for a hostel you see no one and there is a weird vibe. How could it be with so many jakuzzis and beach areas available and even a bar? It feels like they have seen better days and management needs to redo a few minor things and they can be a having easy reviews up to 9-10 at booking.com. Local staff was very friendly.

Kitchen´s light beside #504 room is so poor Walking around the hostel after 21h is uncorfotable, so dark, some strangers guys offering drugs..if has drugs bad stuffs happens.. actually not happens to me, it is a government security issue not hostels one.

I choose this place due to the good comments, breakfast included, location, and facilities as pool. It's a really nice place to stay, comfortable, clean and safe. It includes a hostel, hotel and apartments. I met few people and I think I had a good solo birthday trip in Curacao.

The attention and service provided by one of the receptionist was terrible. I'm not sure about her name but I think is Heidi (I think she is latina, unfortunately). She made my check in and from the beginning was really rude, hateful and impatient. In the other hand, I was expecting from the hostel at least a: Happy Birthday message. I know is not mandatory that a place like this have to do anything about it, but any simple message or detail make the difference, specially because I was travelling alone and I mentioned it from the beginning in my reservation.

It was my second time staying there. I love how quiet and peaceful the environment is. Also, I enjoyed using all the pools, perfect for pictures. Plus the rooms were clean, and well kept.

Everything was good this time around. I have nothing bad to comment on at this moment.

The hostel is located very close to downtown and it’s easy to walk to all attractions as well as the markets and bus station. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms and the pools were good and cleaned daily. The beach pool and the bar was where I spent the evenings as the lockdown restrictions were still on during the first part of my trip. The place is very safe and they have 24 hour security at the gates.

I picked the option with breakfast but it didn’t have an option to pick which breakfast. the option you pick when booking is just a continental breakfast and it’s bad. they just had tea, coffee and bread with butter or jam. If I wanted cheese, fruits or juice who’s is also supposed to be continental I had to pay $10 more.

There werent a lot of selection for the complimentary breakfast. It was mainly just toast with jam, cereal, and drinks (coffee, tea, juice).

There was a great place to stay, the staff was very helpful and breakfast is included.

Unfortunately there is just one electrical plug for a room for 4 people, it can be fixed. Also please, add napkins on the breakfast area.

This hostel is a very good deal because the location is great and you can use all the facilities of the Ritz Holiday Village.

Rooms are a bit basic and there isn't much space to hang wet clothes and towels. Also the aircon in the room doesn't work without the room keycard. The room gets very hot without.

We loved the location, the staff was very nice, and also the facilities. It was very near to restaurants, to public transport, and to the touristic areas.

There was a strong smell of humidity and there was mold in the room.

the swimming pool at the top was amazing with the very friendly bartenders! And the hostel didn’t felt like a hostel at all, since it was all so super clean, very nice 2 person bed etc. it was way more luxurious than previous hostels I visited.

I already read some reviews about the breakfast. and we had breakfast included so we assumed full breakfast but it was only bread with jam and peanutbutter. and maybe an option to buy lunch in stead of that we had to leave the property to get lunch.
