The view from every apartament is amazing as all of them are facing sea. If you want to wake up early - there are most beautiful sunrises to watch. If you are a late sleeper - don’t worry, there are black out curtains in rooms. Everything is in the apartment- towels, beach towels, hand towels, toaster, oven, air conditioning, TV, washing machine. We also got a cot for our baby. There is a nice pool and a private beach for those preferring sea experience. We were here in October (13-22 Oct) and water was still very warm for swimming. Location is great - you don’t have thousands of people walking around, no loud music, no shops selling tourist crap. It’s very relaxed, quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the middle of the island, so trip to all highlights of Cyprus is max 2 hours drive. Trodos mountains and winery - 1 hour. Agia Napa - 1 hour. Historical ruins - 1 hour. There is a basic taverna 5 minutes of walking from the apartment and better ones within 15/20 min drive. Fully equipped supermarket is 10 min drive. We will be coming back and we already recommended this place to our friends - definitely best choice in Cyprus 👌

Great place to stay, highly recommended! We stayed in the villa #2, 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 big lavatory) and 1 bedroom on the second floor with walk in lavatory. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay, water pressure in the showers is high, a lot of towels were provided. The place is spotless clean. The beach is private and well maintained, the swimming pool was very clean ) And it was so pleasant to walk on the green grass ) The swings were my favorite place to relax (in the shadow and next to the big tree on dates) Amazing view from the house on the sea (sunrises were marvelous!) Pavlos is an amazing host!

We loved this place so much! Pavlos was the best host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. To watch the sunrise from the room while drinking coffee was so beautiful. The pool and beach is located a few meters from the apartments. There are only 9 units which makes this place very private and family friendly. The pool had the perfect temperature to just relax and hang out. The garden is well maintained and we ate dates directly from the trees as they just got ripe. For our family it was the most dreamy location.

We stayed at these apartments with our children and had an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect – right by the sea with a beautiful small beach and a lovely pool. It was quiet and peaceful, with very few people around, making it ideal for relaxation. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. It’s a perfect spot for families looking for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Very well maintained, it has a lot of greenery, it has many different places for you to sit down, in your room, by the swimming pool, on the beach and by the garden bar. Pavlos was extremely attentive to our needs and resolved issues in minutes. The venue seems ideal for families with children.

The upstairs room we got on a sought-after long weekend for 250 was not value for money. For this amount of money we expected shutters to block out the outside light and well-sealed windows to block out the road noise.

Incredible experience from start to finish the villa and the views are better than the pictures. The neighbourhood is so quiet. Everyone is friendly and having a private Beach is also really peaceful. Pavlos is the best host ever! always had recommendations for us, makes great drinks at the bar and always happy to help with ABSOLUTELY anything! Having a rental is essential

Wonderful place for a vacation! Closed territory, right on the beach, with amazing views and great pool. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The houses are spacious, bright and equipped with anything you possibly need. The manager - Pavlos, goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Great magical private village with great villas that can be perfect for a group of families and the private pool is perfect. The private beach is great. An ideal place for staying and living the dream of a Mediterranean Vacation

The location is kind of in between villages so you need to drive in order to get some groceries and supplies for home cooking.

Beautiful sea side place! flats are new, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. wonderful outdoors and fun pool. Pavlos the manager was great, and went out of his way to make everything perfect. good restaurants at the next village, Zigy, 15 min drive. we had wonderful time, and we will certainly come back.

It is a magical spot near the beach with amazing view and gardens. Very polite staff and friendly people. The pool is clean and the houses are clean and luxury, very good mattress . Everything well organized and very quiet for relaxing holidays and privacy to have fun with your friends or family! Highly recommended! thank you! :)
