The hotel is great. The location is awesome near the best beach in Ayia Napa. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast was awesome. The gym was quite small and opens only from 10 - 18.

The door tothe room is without sound insulation. You will hear everyone in the night who is walking around your doors, if they talk, shout or laugh. You will definitely will not be sleeping. Also the walls between the rooms are very thin, so last three days when we had party neighbors, it was very difficult to fall asleep. Asking them to be quiet didn't help for a long time. Also staff from hotel couldn't help us. This made our vacation much worse, since we came to relax, and came home really tired, since the last days we could sleep properly...

I booked the hotel from Booking, what I like: 1) The communication in the Booking chat was always fast, well described, even if we wanted to invite additional members, the hotel team found a solution. 2) All my wishes as a guest were satisfied 3) We received a room with a nice view (418), the room was clean, as the whole hotel, bed was comfortable, and very important - the room is well isolated, I didnt hear the neighbours 4) the food was very good, we really enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner. It was better the eat in the hotel instead in the city center 5) If we had any special requests, the Amethyst team always proposed a solution. 6) It is very well situated - next to the Macronisos beach, the most beautiful beach in Ayia Napa 7) price <-> quality - well matched, without any concerns 8) during last day - our luggage was closed, we used the public bathroom after the beach, towels were provided Efharisto poli, Amethyst Hotel team!

The hotel is located near the Macronisos beach, which turned out to be great. It has good amenities and facilites, the main pool within the hotel area is clean and pleasant. We had breakfast included and were satisfied with the services. The apartment was cleaned every day and the rooms were fairly big. Also, the 24h reception is a plus!

When we booked the apartment, it was not pointed out that it was within the additional part of the hotel which was across the main complex. We were staying in a separated part of the hotel which was older and felt like it eas not taken care of in the same amount as the main one. For example, the pool was not cleaned and seemed like nobody took care of it. It has a lot of potential though and has its advantages since it is more quited than the main complex.

The hotel is situation a quiet area but has the necessary amenities on the door step, there a few places to eat and drink outside of the hotel enough to get by without having to be amongst hustle and bustle of nightlife. We stayed in the Hotels apartments which were just across the main road, these were so spacious, clean and private, it really is a very short walk to cross the road to access the hotel. It is very modern, clean and comfortable in the hotel itself. Everything was as expected and there is nothing we didnt like or enjoy.

Nothing. The only 1 thing i thought would be better is that when you go for meals, if you need the toilet they are on the floor below the restaurant, would be better all on one level.

The hotel was impecably clean, the cleaning ladies do an amazing job. Our room was cleaned every day and clean towels were provided. There are buttons in the room for Do not disturb/ Clean my room which we found very usefull. The room had a good size and it looked exactly as in the pictures, with modern furniture. The air conditioning worked very well. There is a small fridge in the room and we appreciated the fact that it was silent. The hotel employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to 2 beautiful beaches, Makronissos and Landa beach and there are a few supermarkets and taverns near by.

The sound proofing of the hotel is not very good, you can hear people from other rooms and hallway. The bed had 2 matresses, too soft and the pillows are very unconfortable.

The room was big for a couple and a toddler. The overall service was very good. The breakfast was very nice. Would come again.

The towels were a bit worn out. Cleaning was good overall, but the bathroom cleaning could be better. Some bathroom accessories (bin, shower head) need replacement. The pressure of water in the shower was not satisfactory. Also the swimming pool is open from 9.00-18.00. Would prefer to be extended to 8.00-19.00 as it would be more convinient with the child.

It is a very nice modern hotel on a great location near the Makronissos beach. Rooms have a really nice sea view. Swimming pool and surrounding bar look great even though we didn't spend much time here. Breakfast was decent. Beds were extremely comfy, one of the best sleeps I had on a vacation.

Hotel activities can be a bit loud in the evening. For example there was a movie screening in the pool area with loud sound effects until 10:30 PM. We didn't mind, but perhaps some guests with small children would.

Good position of the hotel when you’re with kids and without car because it is near of two beautiful beach (landa and macronisos), aprox 10min walking. The staff is very kindly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

A lot of noise from the hall in front of the room due to bad isolated door. A lot of young english people that make a lot of noise all the night. Women that clean outdoor area at the morning (7am) are very noisy also because they talk very noisy with each other. Philipins woman clean very good rooms but cyprus woman not. There is missing european adapters for electricity, you have to buy it across the street in the supermarket. The hotel is 4km from the Aiya napa city center and it cost 12eur in one way with taxi car.

Very clean spacious room, nice clean big pool, close to most most beautiful beach Makronissos Beach just 10 mins walk and even close to Landa Beach. Very helpful staff good service. There is ironing room. Good tasty breakfast. Even dinner buffet lots to choose quite reasonable price. Will surely come back next time and highly recommend to others who going to visit Ayia Napa.

It's bit away from central and bar street who like to party. But there 101 bus just take 10 mins ride cost 1. 50euro but I recommend to buy weekly ticket will save money. Just 2 things we didn't like is have to pay safe deposit box and pool towel have to pay if change fresh one. 2 euro each. But this hotel is very good value for money.

Great location, great pool. There is a shop across the street where you cand find almost everything. Friendly staff and great breakfast. I recommend it !

The staff could be more aware of the surroundings and be able to give some tips. We wanted to do something on a rainy day and they just raised their shoulders. But, the internet gives you all. Also there was some mold in 2 of our bathroom rooms
