Room cleaned daily to an excellent standard lovely pool

Manager was arguing with his staff, very aggressive and rude.

We were surprised by the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. I called 1 day before check-in to ask about difference between rooms with private pools and got easy upgrade as a result. There are several swimming pools, feel free to choose what suits you, food(not only breakfast) is very good, all-inclusive alcohol menu worked for us lovely, overall location, local beach and nearby entertainment(i.e. Agia Napa Waterpark) are very nice too. The accessible area is connected with So White hotel with its own pool and Taverna(which was closed at a time) At a time we booked it, the overall rating was about 6.8, I have no idea why it's so low. Deserves at least 8.

My fridge looked a bit old and not powerful, but if you give it some time, it will cool what you need. We prefer to sleep longer so the morning clean was always skipped so we asked twice for room to be cleaned while we're away. On the second time, the cleaning-lady gets there. No food delivery to the room, but from the other side, it's really not too far to get to the restaurant or beach club. The local greek taverna was closed, understandable because of early-season, but a bit sad.

Very good value for money the services we re very good waiters and receptionist we re very helpful and efficient food was also very good pool was also brilliant

The cleaners weren't always great. There were times when they we were good but there we re other times when they didn't perform too well wasn't so much going on in the night time such as entertainment but I don't think it is that kind of hotel

We loved the pools and the beach facilities, the dinner was amazing every day seafood fish or shrimps or octopus. Breakfast was really good lot of variety for food, also i had vegetables/fruits for my baby. The beach is really nice at the hotel, we had a room with a pool which was simply amazing. Perfect location 20mins walk from Nissi beach, supermarket at the opposite side. The staff, Mustafa and in the restaurant everybody was really helpful with us, at the reception are some people who are really not in the mood to work/help. AC worked perfectly, we had everything in our room what we needed.

The pool, sunbeds, pillows in the restaurant are not cleaned at all, I could feel the sand in the pool, mold in the pillows. Also in our room we had a lot of ants, which were going to our baby’s bed unluckily. In our room i saw also mold in the wall and a weird smell in the closet. The common bathroom at the pool was in disgusting condition, I couldnt even use it.

Amazing resort and location! We return here year after year for many reasons. Unrivalled beachfront position, ten minutes walk along the coast to Nissi Beach, also many quiet coves to enjoy. Luxurious sunbeds, 3 huge pools, one of which is adults only. Family owned & run, lovely welcoming staff. Need I say more!

Quiet before the season started. Cocktail bar was lovely.

Room interior was a bit dirty with shelves hanging off the wall. Evening buffet meal was poor.

So nice and so white are the same and I booked so nice and they put me on so white the pool is broken The food was horrible!!!!
