Internet need big improving no signal most of the time ,no iron to take to the room have to walk around like a stupid if you want to iron something . Pool closing at 7 pm really ???? this is adults only hotel I would expect closing at list 10 pm bear in mind you are in the middle of the city

The location is perfect!!!! The vibe is unbelievably good Nice restaurant with good food, service and drinks

The pool closes early. The bathroom was small.

Had everything we wanted and needed. Nice pool, good gym and the bed was very comfortable.

There's part of the hotel above the nightclub so the rooms are loud into the night but when we said this after our first night they moved us to a different part of the hotel so wasn't a problem after that.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Andri and her front office team are excellent people. They would help in every possible way, they also speak several languages, among which is German. Perfect communication. You don't have to worry about anything. Extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Excellent location. A step and you are in the middle of everything, downtown, bus stations, restaurants, cafés, shops. If you are on a business trip you will be able to make successful meetings in a wonderful atmosphere. Very good breakfast (for healthy food stick to the food on the wall all around). Best and most delicious menus ever in their Central Café. The swimming pool with the beautiful palms and plants surrounding the scene is unforgettable. We would go there every time, also Aya Napa is the best choice.

The gym, though very well equipped, yet needs better fresh air circulation. The smell of the insecticides is a bit too strong./ Sometimes housekeeping, though doing good job, yet forget to regularly add tea bags and sugar. But you call you get all you need immediately. The carpet in the corridors might need to be changed./ Beef must be considered in the breakfast.

The hotel is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated, located in a fantastic central area, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of fresh options to suit different tastes. The pool is well-maintained, clean, and provides a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind

Our room was reasonably comfortable, though it lacked basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we expected to be provided. While the breakfast offered a variety of options, the selection remained the same every morning, and by the last few days, it became somewhat repetitive and less exciting

Amazing restaurants, absolutely worth going all inclusive if you plan to stay in the hotel because all the food was amazing, the pool bar and the Italian were my favourites. Also the pool area at night was lovely and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The aircon wasn’t strong enough to combat the heat. Although it was adults only, there were still groups of young lads that changed the environment around the pool and bar. Some of the staff were very friendly and some of the wait staff were very dismissive and seemed to favour other tables rather than checking on us. I didn’t realise how close to the Main Street it was, I would know for next time if I wanted to be somewhere quieter and more relaxing.

A Delightful Stay My recent trip to Ayia Napa was all about relaxation and soaking up the sun. I chose this hotel for its reputation for excellent service, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect. My room was spacious, with a private balcony overlooking the pool and the housekeeping staff kept it tidy throughout my stay. The staff were fantastic. From the friendly receptionists who patiently answered all my questions to the attentive wait staff at the breakfast buffet, and the pool bar, everyone made me feel welcome and well-cared for. The hotel itself had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach, and the poolside bar served refreshing cocktails. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Plaza.The combination of a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and great amenities made it an ideal place to stay in Ayia Napa. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of Cyprus!

I think the front desk staff was excellent and helpful with everything. I liked the room size, the breakfast buffet was extensive and had an excellent selection of foods. The room I had was very quiet even when there was loud music coming from wherever! The location is perfect for wandering around, in the center of town, close to many restaurants, shops and to several beaches.

I think the hotel was old and dated looking and if spruced up a bit could be incredible. (ie, the hall carpeting, some of the doors, etc) It is quite a maze to get through to the area where my room was, but I appreciated it being quiet for sleeping. I never used the pool so no comment but it looked very crowded. Indoor pool was too cold so didn't use that either.

Had a lovely 5 night stay at Napa Plaza with my husband and my sister. We live in Limassol so drove there and everything was spot on. The food was amazing, the staff so hard working and pleasant. They were all so attentive and friendly, from the bar staff, to the housekeepers, to the guy handing out watermelon to us whilst we lay around the pool. The whole place was immaculate and well maintained. The bed so comfortable and the room nice and cool. Thank you to everyone there!

If I had to pick any fault it would be the fact that even though we were all inclusive, we were told that we had to pay for drinks from 11pm, which is odd. Still, our stay was really enjoyable!

The staff is just amazing! Everyone is super nice, chatty and welcoming. The pool has a nice size and is big enough for all guests to enjoy. The gym is above average with some machines and an okay set of dumbbells. All restaurants that need a booking were incredible. The main ones are also very good. The location is amazing! It's not beachfront (5min walking to the beach though) but it is close to everything.

Room is on the small size and the bathroom even smaller. It's okay for a couple of days but a bit underwhelming for our 8 nights; the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't upgrade it. Cleaning is a bit inconsistent and some days a lot of sand is left behind on the floor. There could be better healthy options for snacks and lunch.
