The staff is wonderfull, on point and ready to help. The garden is beautifull and really pleasent to relax. And the room is really comfortable.

The wifi signal was unstable since we we're located in the furtherst facility from the modem.

The other receptionists, they didn’t give the deposit back after we gave them the adapters, since we were going to the airport there was no point in wasting time arguing so we left.

I liked the fact that it is close to the sea and the center, there are many bus lines nearby. the staff at the reception are friendly and try to meet our requests.

I didn't like it, because the dinner was in another hotel, the maids don't change the towels regularly, they don't clean the bathroom, we didn't have wifi for a couple of days because we were given the wrong code...when we had a problem with ants in the apartment, we got a smaller studio the next day for the same money.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also appreciated the UK plug which was in the room. The location is extremely convenient (5/10mn walk from city center, to the marina, and to bus stop)

For a 4 stars, some equipments would need a refresh (paint, rusty stuff, …). Toilet paper was the most basic one, it s a detail but again we’re talking about 4*. Cleaning could be a bit better: a good example was the cap of the shower gel which stayed in the shower for the full week. Lastly, the breakfast was average, british (i understand majority of people are from UK but I would have appreciated more Mediterranean buffet with local specialities), and was the same everyday

For a 4* hotel, you expect to have pool bar/service. The pool was a bit small and you had to wear something and visit the restaurant in front, for something to drink. This is not the best solution especially if you have kids and you wait in the restaurant for your drinks. At least 1-2 staff people taking orders from the pool would be a better solution or a pool bar.

We were stuck on in Abu Dahbi our way back from Phuket to Israel. We managed to get flights out to Cyprus. We were looking for cheap accommodation for a few nights until we could secure a flight from Larnaca to Tel Aviv. The Nelia was within our budget so we booked. It was perfect. Location, breakfast buffet for 7 Euro. Supermarket attached to the hotel. 1.65 Euro for a beer. Also a bar attached with big screens for the football. 3 minute walk to the harbour and beach. Loads of restaurants and bars close by.

The beach is rocky. difficult to get in the water.

Nice location, parking space, peacefull area, good breakfast, hotel staff...

We booked 3 twin beds and we got 1 double bed and 1 sofa instead. After check in, we just brought our stuff to the room and left. We didn't see that we got room without 3 twin beds. We were otutside all day long and when we came back to the room and saw that we didnt get 3 twin beds, we decided not to do anything about it because it was too late and we didn't want to disturb anybody arround us.

The staff is very nice, friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very good. It's quiet at the hotel in the evenings. Though it is situated near the main street, it's a bit aside of all the loud music, animation, etc. The hotel has a great location. There is an opportunity to wash and dry clothes anytime with the washing machine (3 euros) and a drying machine (2 euros). A good supermarket is near.
