Boutique modern contemporary hotel great facilities

I stayed in Abacus Suites with my family from August 22 to September 1. The hotel is very cozy, with modern design and very comfortable. The location is great. It is located in the middle of the beaches and next to all stores and restaurants. The food was excellent!!! Special thanks to the chef and the whole restaurant staff. People from reception were very friendly, all speak English. Special thanks to Yanis who accepted us early in the morning and showed as the hotel. I booked Family Suit, very large and comfortable. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. The pool is rather large for adults and a separate one for kids and it is very clean.

The beaches are nearly 2km far from the hotel.

The room was amazing. Big, of course spacious, with a large balcony. The bed was comfortable. I know that some people tie to the pillowe in hotels, but here it was super cozy. The food is excellent, various, and very delicious. The staff is so friendly and communicative. They always answer at your questions quickly and are very helpul. The hotel has a pool area, which is very big too. When you don’t have energy for the beach (although I don’t think that can happen) it’s good to know that you have somewhere to relax at the water at your hotel. In conclusion, we were very satisfied. The place is truly amazing!

A little bit of the noise from the street, at night. Because it is always full of tourists and not only them, and if you have a room on the street, you may be bothered by this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Abacus and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy that I had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional staff ,each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable experience. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist in any way they could.

The suite was fantastic—bright, modern, and tastefully decorated! The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was great. The location was also very convenient, with local shops, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the food. The quality and variety did not live up to the standard I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I was hoping for a higher quality selection. For example, they served a paella with curry, which was very dry and not authentic at all. Additionally, the buffet included items like pizza, chips, and nuggets—more suited for fast food than a buffet at a high-quality hotel. Based on this, I won’t be opting for the half-board option when I return. Breakfast was good, so I might consider that, but I’ll definitely avoid dinner unless there’s significant improvement.

Rooms and public areas are very new and modern. Pool area is large and not crammed. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

Be aware that the hotel is located in a very urban area. It's situated on the busy Nissi Avenue, so avoid the rooms facing it. Most of the rooms face the pool side, which is good, but the area is surrounded by buildings. Not much greenery around, if that's what you're looking for. Housekeeping need to be more attentive - 2 dirty wine glasses were missed to be cleaned. Although pool area seems to be clean at first, plastic cups could be seen laying around in the corners around the plants for days. Please check the English spelling of dinner menu - many items were misspelled. Also, a lack of English TV channels.

We stayed for 3 nights in the new section of Abacus. Great rooms, very clean, touch screen controls for the lights/ac/room service/curtains, central air conditioning. It's really close to the center of Ayia Napa, and 30min away from Nissi Beach (walking), by bus (102 going to Nissi, and 101 coming back is 5min away). The pool area (1.2 and 1.3m depth) I think is also newly opened, and it was great, enough sunbeds, infinity pool, some vegetation, music, bar. The restaurant (Suite34) was great. Food was really good and more than fairly priced (if you don't have meals included). Compliments to the kitchen team. They have a different theme for the food every night, so you won't get bored. Also, the breakfast was great aswell and a really good coffee to go with it. Had a great stay, definitely recommend.

Great check in by Giorgos <3, we received all the needed information, some tips for the best beaches and then he personally escorted us to our room. Breakfast was excellent. Well arranged room with everything you may need during your confortable stay. Parking available, at the back of the hotel, with plenty of parking space, where you can leave your rent a car during your stay, so you do not need to worry at all.

Seaview suits may be a little bit noisy late at night because of the street as cars start speeding when there is no trafic, BUT this is not something that you can complain to the hotel as this is not something that they control. If you prefer to have pease and quite instead of having the sea view than just ask for room/suite that looks at the parking.

-fantastic location, right at the main avenue and a 5 minutes walk from the beach. -the personnel is exceptional, they fully upgraded our room when I requested it and were always helpful in anything else. -the breakfast was great, good selection with a delicate dining area. -the room was definitely clean, spacious, even the veranda. In fact it was the best I had in all hotels I have been in the area.

Absolutely nothing to criticize here.

This amazing hotel offers everything you need - a well furbished room with comfortable bed, a big terrace, a pool at the hotel across the road. Moreover, the breakfast is amazing - especially pancakes, sunny side up eggs and watermelon. The breakfast chef is so nice and thoughtful and takes care for breakfast the entire time. Also, Mr Yannis at the reception (along with all others at the reception) is caring and he will let you know all you need. To sum up, the staff is amazing, location is central, everything is clean, beaches are breathtaking (we recommend Vathia Gonia) and if we come back, we will definetely stay at Abacus Suites!
