Breakfast was good and staff in restaurant excellent and helpful. Hotel restaurant facilities were clean and well laid out and the outside bar area was great.

Check in was not good. I booked 2 rooms together as we have 2 young kids. The check in clerk advised me that no way can we get together maybe 3 days later. So we all lived in 1 room and the 2nd room was not used. gave up asking the clerk on the 2nd day as i was just wasting my breath.Apart from that the rest of the staff were great.

We really enjoyed the trip and stayed at Merit Park Hotel. Everything was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful. All the staff in the restaurant had smile on the face and full of energy to serve the guests. The food was amazing. The room was clean. The room service staff were so polite and provided us anything we needed. The receptionists were so friendly and fun. They gave us lots of good directions where to go in Lefkosa and Kyrenia. I just remember two names, Mr Kaan and Mrs Nilay, but every one else had the best manner to the people. The gym was a bit small but we could do the job and manage our daily exercise. We will go there again if we want to go to North Cyprus.

The photos are misleading. While its a nice hotel, major parts of the hotel are not renovated and that is not shown on booking.com, what is shown is a very modern and new property (which it isn't). The room we initially received was not renovated and completely differed to what we saw online. The staff moved us to a renovated one and where very kind but nevertheless perhaps the expectation we had having seen the photos versus the reality was a bit disappointing.

everything was clean, the room was amazing, spacious and luxurious, the staff was great very helpful and polite. The food was AMAZING and the variety was great! We really felt pampered and spoiled! P.S. great cocktails!

The only thing that we would recommend is that you find a way not to waste so much food.. there are so many people and animals in need.. there should be a way to preserve and redistribute some of the food that gets thrown away in each buffet meal.. the waste is huge..we saw fresh food being thrown away all together in big buckets.. even the cheese that could be so easily reused for cooking.. it is such a shame.. please find a way to give to charity or immigrants that are in so great need... thank you

Merit Hotel is a hotel those values ​​and shows customer satisfaction at the highest level, extraordinary staff who fulfill every wish of ours "with pleasure" Completely renovated rooms, a wonderful seaside that makes us feel one with the sea. The food was great, a la carte restaurants were wonderful, we were able to find delicious Italian food that we couldn't eat in Italy. We would like to come again "with pleasure" :)

Staff all worked hard to make sure that we had a great time. Incredible food, sorry those words do not do the food justice. Absolutely incredible food!!!! Keep up the great work Merit Park. I will come back again just to eat your food.

It definitely shows the scars that Covid shutdown has had on the hotel. Lots of exterior maintenence needs to be done. Damaged poolside tiles. Trip hazards on pathways around the grounds. External buildings in various states of decay. Now again we travelled in off peak so it is probable that all those issues will be fixed repaired and sorted by the main high season. If I were to stay there though during high season and that was the state of the hotel grounds, I would be very disappointed. As I said Covid has left scars on the hotel industry and so I imagine investment priorities are still being worked out.

On the occasion of working with the American University in Cyprus, I arrived at the merit Park Hotel The price of accommodation is high but it includes everything I want to point out favorably all the hotel staff is very professional and reliable I have a very high sense of service I would especially like to mention a young girl named SerbiShe shows professionalism and has a very high sense of service from the moment I arrived at the hotel she did not leave me for a moment and worried about any issue and that I would be satisfied not only me. Very modern, clean Hotel. lovely friendly staff who could not do enough to make you feel at home. Dinner and breakfast were 5*. will definitely stay here again.

Food at every meal was outstanding. Plenty of choice and variety. Nicely spiced if required, breakfast was of champion proportions if you wanted to eat like a king. On the plus side we were visiting for a special birthday celebration and requested that the hotel provide us something complimentary. Before travelling I received an email from Misha at guest relations who confirmed that they would allow us to dine in my choice of a la carte restaurant with no additional cost. The meal we had in their Turkish Meze restaurant was unbelievable, top quality and the staff were very attentive throughout. Additionally on the day of my birthday we returned to the room to find that it had been decorated, we were provided with a bottle of champagne, some fruit, nuts, chocolates and a birthday cake!

We were just before the start of the season proper, as such there were no outside areas functioning and the pools had not yet been prepared for the start of the season. There was a small amount of construction work taking place in and around the hotel to prepare it for the summer season.

The hotel was nice, very clean. The staff friendly and helpful, always ready to sort any kind of problem we would have. The SPA amazing - you can enjoy nice massage or Turkish bath also the sauna and steam bath very nice. As a whole perfect place for relaxsation. Also very good for people with disabilies - wheelchair accesible.

The hotel is far fron the city and main or whatever shops. The things that in my opinion need improvement - organisation of transport from the airport- they got us in touch with a transport company that charged double prise compared to other taxis and the other thing the language - quite a lot of the staff had serious problems with understanding English. But overall everything was nice.
