We loved the facilities. In general, the staff was ok, but Singo was exceptional :-) ! He went above and beyond expectations to help us enjoy our time in Cyprus by giving us ideas of things to do. Thank you Singo!

There were cats all over the place (except indoors). I love cats, but my daughter is allergic to cats unfortunately.

The cat smells around the hotel. The apartments are dated and needing repairs however the maintenance people were always quick to fix anything that needs repairs. The sheets and towels are needing replacing as they are very old and thread bare. The bed was very hard and only a thin quilt. Needed the heater on all night Laundry service is dry cleaning that can take a few days to return items.

Really nice hotel with big pool and lots of space. Room was nicely set up and bed was very comfortable. Didn't hear noises from surrounding rooms.

Wifi did not work in room. I tried all their networks. Room needs some updates as cracks are beginning to show and the shower leaked out LOTS of water that soaked through the bath mat. I noticed multiple spiderwebs in the room.

I’ve stayed there once before last year. It’s a budget hotel that represents good value for money. Staff are polite and friendly with a great pool and pool bar for drinks and lunch. Rooms have aircon and a safe, they’re basic but clean and serviced daily. Nice bars too. Good choice of food at breakfast. Hassan on reception carried my case to the room on arrival and immediately sorted a problem when I’d locked myself out of the room on my last day.

Could do with upgrading but then rates would increase. Works perfectly well as it is. The tv only had Turkish channels.

The look of the surroundings. The calm and peaceful atmosphere. Very relaxing. Friendly staff. Especially Ali at the restaurant. He was very helpful and attentive. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very tasty and wide range to select from.

There could have been a little more entertainment. I think bingo should have been every evening for a couple of hours. The pool side bar should have fans in the evening as it was very hot to sit and relax... left early to go room to sit with the aircon. I would have preferred a garden/ pool facing room as our room was at the back... it said sea view but you couldn't see the sea much because of the trees and bushes.

The full board option and the layout of the hotel. The live music during dinner was really nice. One of the only other things that my partner liked along with food and the layout.

The room and toilet could use abit of renovation, especially the shower door and the carpet. There was no iron available which is not what a resort like olive tree hotel should be tolerating. No dry cleaning available either

There was a wide selection available for breakfast. There was live cooking of omelettes plus a choice of pancakes, sausage, Turkish pastries, boiled eggs, cheese rolls, numerous bread varieties, cold meats and cheeses, sandwich making machine, oats, fruit, jams and yoghurts and Turkish delight. We had been upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely too. Public areas were plush and luxurious. Bed was very comfortable and room was lovely and cosy with the heating from the free air con unit. Parking was available right near the room. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel location is near a lovely village with eating options and shops to buy items if self catering.

The rooms are a little underwhelming (overall impression) when compared to the public areas and need a little tlc, e.g paintwork needs touching up on furniture for example but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment or comfort of the room. Bathroom is beautiful and room is a lovely size though. The room door took a few attempts to open but little things like these are hardly going to spoil your day.

The location is perfect, all area around is very beautiful and calm. Nice, big outside swimming pool, smaller inside, sauna. The eating area big, including a few places outside with a nice sea view. Near to the center of Kyrenia and other beautiful villages.

The breakfast was always almost the same, some products were not fresh. Also, we were not lucky enough to get a room with balcony, however while booking, it was in description that room has balcony. WiFi is very slow.

We have stayed at the Olive Tree Hotel 5 times before. It's a hotel with a difference. It has nice gardens & a good size swimming pool. Good choice of food both for breakfast & evening meal. Room bright & clean, with the option of not having the sheets changed every day - very environmentally friendly.

This is not a criticism - if you have difficulty walking please note there is quite a steep path up to a few of the rooms & also quite a few steps up to some. When booking just ask for a ground floor room.

Stunningly beautiful location, wonderful staff at reception desk, especially Uluc at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with Wifi and quality flat TV. Rooms have A/C unit which can be used for heating as well. Super clean and comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Room cleaning every day. They even left hearts of flowers on the beds to celebrate my birthday. Very thoughtful. Excellent breakfast and dining with fresh and tasty food every day. Lobby is cozy and decorated nicely with comfortable seats and sofas. The bar has all kinds of drinks. The hotel also offers free shuttle to Kyrenia every day. Highly recommended .
