Booking should advise in advance nobody there when you arrive so you will be advise by text how to find room and key especially when you arrive from a 12 hrs flight thanks

It was in a great location, near lots of shops/restaurants/sites and the beach. The accommodation was so well organised that it seemed they thought of everything possible: UK plug sockets in case people forgot adapters; hairdryers/irons; AC. The room was clean, spacious and the housekeeping were incredible - I had a plentiful supply of everything I needed: toilettries, coffee, towels and more!

Nothing - everything exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely stay again. I had slight trouble finding working tv channels, but it had youtube and other apps so I was all set!

There was never anyone at the reception, but communication via WhatsApp was so good As a constructive suggestion, it would be ideal for guests to have some basic goods in the "kitchen": toaster, more dishes, a kitchen clothes, etc. (since cooking is not possible) Being so close to the beach, it would be great to have a simple clothesline on the terrace

The room was spacious, clean and up to date. Very nice furnished balcony. Two sets of curtains that block almost all the light, which was really nice. The location was conveniently close to a lot of services and the beach. Airconditioning worked well. Self check-in worked well and a small problem was fast resolved by the staff. Nice basic amenities in the bathroom, which are restocked in daily cleaning.

The kitchenette was rather poorly equipped with only a sink, a fridge, a kettle and a couple of cutleries, plates etc. No way to cook or even heat up anything (no stove or microwave), no cutting board, no proper knive etc. Also nothing to do the dishes with or wipe the countertop. There should be staff available daily until 5 pm, but they are sometimes really hard to reach. Thus, if you need something, contact them well in advance. "Luggage room" was an unlocked cleaning/laundry closet (and I had to "steal" my own bag as - despite informing the staff of the time when I need to pick it up - I was not able to reach anyone in time).

A great hotel - clean, spacious comfortable with all the required amenities. Rooms were cleaned and we were provided complimentary coffee/biscuits/water daily. Rooms are quite spacious and beds are big with a spacious 2-3 seater sofa. Balconies are also good to sit on too. Location is excellent as it's a 5-10min walk to Larnaca centre (St Lazarus church) without the busy/loudness of the main streets. There is no reception but you are given a text message with every and all the information you will need for your room and how to find/enter the hotel (a passkey is needed to open the front door and another code to access your room key from the locker boxes) - all in all very easy to do and very seamless experience to get your key and access your room!

TV in our room didn't seem to have channels available (although I think that was a one-off and we didnt care to use the TV much if at all) A microwave would be useful for warming up any snacks/food guests may have.

The staff is so nice and helpful: polite, kind and always ready to help - so impressed and thankful. Location is excellent Room was cleaned every day

I haven't received the check-in instructions at all. I had to contact the property by WhatsApp, I was lucky that the staff was at the property and they helped. The shower cabinet was leaking and the bathroom was mostly almost flooded. Suggestion: It would be so nice if the rooms had something to hang wet towels on the balcony, as it is a seaside resort there are always lots of damp towels and swimsuits.

Simple self Check In facilitates arrivals, especially in the late evening hours. The room is comfortable, modern, equipped with everything necessary for a short stay (electrical adapters, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, all hygiene accessories for showering). The balcony is spacious, suitable for 4 people, and the view is very beautiful. The beds are modern, very comfortable and cozy. The entire entrance to the building as well as the reception are covered by several cameras and the guest feels very safe, like at home. The apartment is located only 10 min from the Finikoudes beach and the main attractions in the city are accessible with a short walk.

For the entire stay, the reception was empty, the guest is forced to ask any questions by phone. Also, guests only get one room card, which can make it difficult to use if people don't spend 24 hours together.

Small problem with shower door.

The location was great, within short walking distance to every important place in Larnaca really. There are only 3 rooms on the floor which makes it quiet most of the time. There is a small fridge and a sink which makes it easy and convenient to prepare snacks and some food. I had some small things that disturbed me but overall was a good experience and I do recommend.

Upon arrival, I was told that I will receive an email with all info needed. I never received it so had to contact the hotel quite a lot via Booking.com which made me feel a bit like a pain. I wasn't informed that there is no hot water 24/7 and that I need to turn on the boiler, so had a freezing shower on my first evening. I stayed for 2 nights and only recieved 1 toilet paper and 1 soap bar which looked a little petty.

1. Very clean, large room, balcony with furniture, shower worked well, bed and linen good, large smart TV, good AC. 2. Tea & coffee making facilities replenished daily, but only one cup of each for two people. 3. Great location in the centre of 'old Larnaca'. 4. Not noisy on second floor except for the odd local 'hoon' on motorcycle with usual modified silencer (total misnomer!) 5. No personnel at all to be seen (self check-in/out etc), but not a problem as I didn't have any problems!

1.Usual loose toilet seat (so common - why don't the service personnel check and fix these annoying little problems regularly???). 2. No loo brush (I know some will argue they're unhygienic, but better to give the punter the choice to use one). 3. Sliding shower door leaked onto floor, so wet floor mat first morning (moved it for the following days). 4. Very minimal equipment in kitchen (2 plastic dinner plates and 2 small plastic bowls, no dishcloth for wiping bench or cloth for drying dishes - however, dishes were washed during daily service so I got used to leaving them dirty). 5. No bedside lamp or lighting switch for one of the two single beds, the one I chose to use (needed to turn off overhead lighting by the entrance door and find the bed in the dark).
