Tony and Angela at the front desk were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful and available even during Christmas day and New Year's eve. Tony was able to direct us to an excellent mini market (71, Stadiou) which was open on Christmas eve (when we arrived) so that we could get the basics. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and towels were changed and rubbish cleared every day. We were within a 15 minute stroll to the seaside and bars and restaurants

Only very minor niggles. Hot water was a bit hit and miss in spite of boosting the heater. This could be because of the outside temperature which was quite cold by Cyprus standards. There were very few microwaveable containers and so even heating up a takeaway was difficult.

The rooms were large and laid out very well and the rooms were very clean. The service from the staff was above and beyond and they were ready to help in any way they could (THANK YOU TONY!!!). The location and the room is perfect for religious people who want a suite and to be close to Beit Chabad. They also offer an option for a standard key you can use on the Sabbath. The only minor negatives, and they really were minor, were that the water pressure was on the week side and the safe was not connected to the wall. These were so minor that we didn't even bring them up with the staff. Had we, I have no doubt they would have done everything in their power to handle both issues. I walked away from every conversation I had with them feeling like they truly cared and wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible! I would highly recommend Liv Urban Suites!!

As I noted above, there really wasn't anything we had an issue with and we were very happy with our choice to stay here.

It's a cute fantastic boutique hotel/apartments!!! A location for us was absolutely 100% comfortable - it's 10 min from the beach, so no noise at all. In double room apartments you' ll have ALL facilities: from the kitchen to iron board and iron! 2 giant TVs: in a living room and in a bed room. A breakfast could be either received to you room or shuttle will deliver you to the cafe in another hotel of the same chain, with a fantastic sea side view! Unfortunately they have not enough staff in cafe, so the wait is a bit longer. But, I think, it's in a reason of that hotels are brand new. Special thanx to a girls on a reception in LIV URBAN Suites! They are PRO!

In general I had a wonderful time at LIV Urban. As soon as I got there Tony greeted me warmly. He explained the area to me and how to get to certain places. He also checked me in. The 1 bed apartment was lovely, very clean and overlooked the tennis courts. It was a very good size space with a good little kitchen to cook in. I also checked out the roof area where you could bring some drinks up or food and relax while taking in the view of Larnaca. Overall it was a lovely escape. And I must say Tony also went above and beyond to help me with printing some things which I was so grateful for. He was amazing!

There is nothing I didn't like. Everything was great. And in all honesty I don't think I can think of anything that would need to be improved upon. Overall good vibes, great people and a good space!

Right from the start, the person at the check-in desk was incredibly helpful. During check-in, they explained the fastest way to get into the city, which was a huge time-saver. Our room was just what we needed – spacious, perfectly clean, and well-equipped for our summer stay. Since we visited during a heatwave, we were especially grateful that the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable. Another big plus was the large balcony. It was a great place to relax in the evenings and enjoy the fresh air. The room also had a full-size fridge, which was perfect for storing our drinks and snacks. Overall, we had a very positive experience at LIV and would definitely recommend it to others.

The flat was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom and toiletries were great and the beds were very comfy. Liked the big Smeg fridge and lots of space. We didn't use the washing machine or anything as was only there for one night. Nice big balcony with view of the tennis club below. Kind of weird location. neighbourhood is quite residential but the hotel less than 5 mins walk to old town area which is lovely and 10 mins down to the beach. Staff were very friendly, especially Gennadiy who was very helpful and communicative.

The only thing that I think could be improved is if they had better quality toilet paper. It doesn't go with the excellent quality of everything else, the bed linen, the towels, toiletries and appliances to then have single sheet, rubbish toilet paper! I would also recommend adding a reading lamp in each of the bedrooms so that you can read without the big main light being on. A nice addition would also be a luggage rack or somewhere to open your suitcase in the bedroom that isn't the floor or the bed.

The venue is super clean and modern, it's 5min walking distance from the centre. The staff is really nice. For the breakfast, you can chose between having it delivered in the room or having it in one of two bakeries. There are a lot of places to park your car and a high speed wifi. Finally, the rooftop bar (closed during our stay but you can still access it) is a wonderful place with great views.

When you have a room facing the tennis court, you also benefit from the important BBQ smoke from the sport club restaurant. But that's really the only thing.

New apartment, new construction, excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk, parking for each apartment, large, very comfortable bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, 2 huge televisions, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with Israeli channels, a large balcony, we received a polished and clean apartment.

Breakfasts are not served on the spot, you get a voucher for two cafes to choose from and the inconvenience is that cafes only serve breakfast to guests from 08:30 in the morning and in case you have to arrive early at the airport, it is not possible to have time to eat. The second thing that bothered us is that the two days we stayed at the hotel the room was not cleaned at all! The third thing is the issue of sockets: there is no socket in the shower which makes it very difficult to make a face in the morning and there is no socket near the mirror. Other than that it was nice.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Good location and parking on site. Friendly and helpful staff.

The balcony was nice and big but overlooked a restaurant that barbequed so the smoke and smell came up.

An almost brand-new building with suites. a giant terrace, a step-in shower, well managed, not far from the beach and its bars and restaurants. A good bed. Four tennis courts and a little garden next door.
