I enjoyed myself at this hotel. The staff was charming. Even though I did not speak the language, I was understood. I am a wheelchair user, the hotel is accessible, and they have a room that is accessible for me. The beds are very comfortable. I would come back and stay here. You should check out the pool and spa. The ramp was too high for me to push. I spoke with the receptionist and explained my challenge. They accommodated my needs and the room services were exceptional.

The Valet took care of our luggage and car 🚘. Seden at the reception she was very welcoming & great ❤️. At the room awaited us a Bottle of wine 🍷 a fruit basket 🧺 and some nuts 🥜 which was arranged the hotel management, also having a letter with our names and warm wishes for our anniversary. We were upgraded to a larger Luxurious room 711 at the 7th floor with a wonderful view of Nicosia. Spotless clean. Breakfast was great and a the omelette lady made delicious 😋 plates. Dinner at the outside garden was excellent as well and great service. Nice casino 🎰. For sure I’ll be staying again. a Great Hotel and staff 🙏

More suction fans should be installed too many smokers at the casino, a dedicated area for non-smokers should be applied.

Outstanding. I have just checked out of the Merit after a 3 night stay. The front desk team were amazing, Ezgi and Evrim, thank you for all your help during my stay from early check in and a free room upgrade! The leisure facilities was fantastic, and Serap was beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I eat at both restaurants in the hotel and the food and staff were superb. The room was perfect and I look forward to staying again very soon. Thank you all for the warm welcome.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I find it very comfortable and convenient.

I had requested hotel pick-up and drop-off from the airport via email before my flight, but unfortunately, they informed me that this service is not available. Upon arriving at the airport, I noticed the hotel counter and felt that they could improve their customer service. I like the restaurant food, but more food option to be add in PASTAS section.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to North Cyprus

absolutely amazing experience. i stayed there for 11 nights June/July It was a work related experience with plenty of time for sightseeing too. room comfort 10/10- go for non smoking floor if you don’t like the smell of smoke and you will find it in abundance. beds are comfortable and room service is up to the mark staff- extremely helpful and efficient. English is easily spoken by at least one of the staff on site food- if you are meat lover, you will enjoy the food. the sultan restaurant on ground floor has plenty of options for kebabs, salads, soups etc. staff is very friendly and i made good friends there. The famous Ottaman kebab at the 9th floor has limited but extremely mouth watering option. go for mix grill platter ! gym and spa- a big plus for me as gym has free weights and cardio.. spa is awesome too currency conversion can be a bit of issue at the reception. the hotel has a casino but main entry is separate so no complaints of noise etc location is great too with walking distance to the coty center overall- highly recommended! if I shall visit Northern Cyprus again, the hotel will be my first preference

The staff is amazing, they are simply the nicest most polite people ever. We got a free upgrade and the room was massive. The room service food was brilliant!

1-The room smelled a lot like cigarettes at night, I believe it happens because they allow people to smoke in the hotel and the smell just goes through the vents, I don’t know how they can fix it, but it completely ruins my experience as a non smoker. 2-The room was too hot, it was too much!

I liked the hotel in general and staff were good, I did find that the reception staff couple struggled with english and couldnt communicate effectively. I think the spa needs freshening u/modernising one of the benches in the sauna has a big crack in the wood which is dangerous and could cut someone's skin! areas could be cleaner also. I think for the price it should have at least been half board not just breakfast as well.

The breakfast was amazing. The pillow menu - perfect idea, works. I got the free room update. It was nice. There is a local parking and parking man who helps you to park your car. Nice service. SPA zone is good

Only one thing I was unsatisfied - at 8.30 (working hours) the hamams (Turkish sauna) were not ready they have been still cleaning them up with chemical. Plz pay attention if you mentioned about working hours follow the rules by you own.

Nearly everything was perfect. The staff is friendly, helpful, goes out of their way to help. The food is amazing. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The majority of the staff speaks English, so it's easy for foreign travelers. Nearby parking cam be a challenge, but they offer valet service. The location is easy to find. The included breakfast buffet is one of the nicest I've ever seen; options to suit nearly anyone. I highly recommend the omelets. The kebab restaurant upstairs in a great experience and I highly recommend it too.

There are only a couple small suggestions I can make. Refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms would be very helpful. Additionally, our room service order was delivered without covered plates and without a table (it was delivered with both on my first stay).
