We liked almost everything. The location, the gardens, the view, the beach, the sidewalk by the beach

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra Euro 15 per day for the air-conditioning. It wasn't clearly noted in the booking. You had to go into the details to see the extra charge

The place is even nicer then it looks online. Andreas and Maria where very friendly and the location is great. Pool was nice and the beach was beautiful

We stayed for 7 nights and we had the best holiday so far! Studio was clean, spacious, we had everything we needed for our stay and cooking. Staff were friendly and polite, garden was so beautiful. Bed was very comfortable too. Our friend who works in Cyprus stayed with us for half of a day, she said she traveled around the island and this apartment is the best she have seen: beach is on a doorstep, a pool to cool down, enough of sun loungers for everybody, beautiful surroundings and gardens. So glad we didn't stay in a crowded noisy hotel this time. Really enjoyed a peaceful holiday and had a good rest.

We liked everything, I just would recommend to rent a car for holiday here to avoid long walks in a heat, it saves much time going to the supermarket or Paphos town (there is a beach shop on the corner though), car will let you explore this beautiful island too (we went to archeological sites, mountains, Kykkos monastery, Akamas peninsula), local tavernas, we enjoyed it a lot! The only things to improve i can think of would be electric sockets by the bed for phones to charge and maybe some new kitchen eqipment (kettle, pots, etc). All in all, it was perfect holiday, thank you!

The most beautiful location with the most amazig view. Appartment was modern and really clean. There was a lot of equipment that is not usually found in apartments like ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need (there was also some juices and water waiting for us in the fridge wich was really nice because we arriwed around midnight and we were afraid there wouldn't be any stores opened). The host was really nice and helpful. If I'm ever in Paphos again I will definitely stay there. In my opinion is the most beautiful location in the area especially because of the well-kept garden with swimming pool and beautiful beach where we swam when there was not too much wind.

Great apartments by the sea. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The pool is large and clean. Swimming accessories such as masks, mattresses, etc. are also available free of charge for guests on site. Although the place is by the sea, it is intimate and quiet. As for me, it's hard for me to imagine a better place for a vacation in Paphos. I can't wait to come back here. The staff is nice and helpful, the kitchen in the room is fully equipped, a large fridge, there is a stove and microwave and an electric kettle. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at the pool after check-out and sharing the key to the bathroom with the shower.

Furnished, spacious apartments in a very beautiful location, right by the sea. There is a beautiful courtyard with swimming pool and shrubs, parking. With nice balcony and sea view.

No services available (no bike rental, no car rental, no shop nearby). The apartments have crockery, but you will need to make your own arrangements for coffee, salt, oil or paper towels, water, etc. There are no shops nearby, The nearest one is LIDL, about 3 km away, Or the very expensive kiosks are about 2 km away. Public transport is also not nearby. The towels were never changed or offered for 4 nights. The price does not include air conditioning. Beds too soft, not suitable for people with back problems.

Beautiful beach and bay. Great view from the balcony, perfect location if you want a quite area. The facilities are amazing, the apartment spacious, the team very nice. The kitchen is modern, and give us what we needed. Free parking. In less then 10 minutes drive you are anywhere, and the city offers many free parking places. Almost perfect! We will come back.

Paying extra for heat. It got cold on the first night, maybe because we left the windows open until 4pm. We were told that we would need to pay an extra 8 euros to get assess to the remote to turn on the heat. The weather during winter is very good in Paphos, I recommend! But you do have chilly nights, we got 8 degrees (mid January). The second night we close the windows early and the temperature was comfortable.

My stay at this seaview apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with breathtaking views of the sea that instantly set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while gazing at the horizon was a daily highlight. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the thoughtful touches that made this apartment feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this seaview apartment to anyone looking for a serene and memorable seaside getaway.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Andreas and Maria were swift at responding to queries prior to staying. Andreas met us on arrival and filled us in on the facilities and Aircon. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Andreas helped us sort a taxi with upfront price for one of our trips. The driver was friendly and reasonably priced that we used him for 2 more trips. The pool was very quiet during our stay and most times we had it to ourselves. The apartment had lovely views, and we had access to the coast for walks just outside the back gate and even a small beach area for sea swimming.

We had one issue with fire ants in my daughter's bedroom, but we flagged it to Andreas and he sent the cleaners in to sort the problem swiftly.

We’ve been to Cyprus quite a few times and this was by far the best stay we’ve had. The place feels like an oasis of peace and relaxation. We particularily appreciated the amazing view, the cleanliness and not least the welcoming hosts. For selfcatering there is a Lidl 25-30 mins by foot or 12 eur by Bolt. The closest restaurant is 2 minutes away within the Akti resort, offering a buffet lunch for 15 euros. There are also options to have food delivered or, if you don’t mind a longer walk on the promenade, a la carte restaurants.

Some small details - rusty squeaky door hinges, clogged showerhead at the pool shower.
