That was our best resort experience ever! The stay exceeded all expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location near Cyprus's best beach, Konnos, with crystal-clear water and rich underwater life, including turtles, octopuses, and various fish right from the beach! You can even walk from the hotel to Cyclops Cave and the Cape Greko National Park. The hotel upgraded the room we booked, and we enjoyed an excellent stay with a fantastic sea view. The property is recently renovated and very clean. The breakfast was great. The hotel has 3 restaurants and a nice Cliff bar. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite. The hotel grounds are also very beautiful. The service was perfect, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt like special guests. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

The hotel was absolutely amazing and definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities that the hotel had to offer were fantastic. The bedroom was quite big, clean and nicely decorated, with a nice view of the pool. We also enjoyed having a drink at the Cliff Bar, which was fantastic, and an amazing meal at the hotel's Italian restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of food items. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent as always great location the rooms are great and very super clean and relaxing - pool is massive so never full with people we loved it

Food needs improvement - breakfast especially it has so many things that the quality is lacking..like do u really need 6 different sausages? Or mini snitzels? Or falafels? For breakfast? Just do some authentic real cypriot local dishes but make the quality better. V disappointed with that - and the pool food..worst club sandwich ever which is v difficult to mess that one up. Only the cyprus kebabs on sunday were nice.

Great location and fantastic facilities such a a great pool. Awesome to have a buggy that took you to the beach. Breakfast choice was very good,

Woken up before 10 am by the cleaners ringing our door bell by mistake- we get it mistakes happen but it was annoying as we were on holidays and wanted to sleep in. Also the sheet on the bed for our first night had a sewn seam with a piece of fabric sticking up which you would never expect at a five star hotel.Nevertheless, these issues didn’t affect us having a lovely time.

Breakfast, beach, all staff except at check-in

The guy at check-in was terrible. He kept claiming things that were incorrect and a little difficult to deal with: You don't have a booking under that name (we did); (after me telling me which of the names on my ID is my surname:) what is your surname? Ah, no that is not your surname; your driver's license is expired (it is brand new - he realised then that the date he was looking at was the day of issuance). No apology when he realised his mistakes. In fact, he looked a little offended.

A well appointed, modernised hotel with excellent facilities, in an superb location. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very well stocked, but you would expect this at this level. The Asian restaurant offers wonderful Japanese food, and, being on the top floor, the view over the bay to Cape Cavo Greco is stunning. There was an ample availability of sunbeds around the large pool, also on a lovely grassy area overlooking Konnos beach. It was easy to get drinks or other food delivered to your sunbeds which all had a table number and call bell - what a great idea! The staff were always very pleasant, and efficient, without being obtrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel in the area, clean great wifi beautiful location they even provide buggy ride to and from Konnos beach. Great selection in breakfast accommodates every diet. I have stayed in this hotel both as a gest and as a day user always amazing. Most of all best staff by far in Cyprus. Always with a smile and eager to help. From Diana in reception to Soteroulla in breakfast always with a smile. As a Cypriot I feel proud with the level of service they provided. . I will be back soon. Even though we had a medical emergency at the end of our stay the staff was extremely helpful from hotel manager to the porter. They arranged for everything. Thank you.

Pool and sea view. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout the stay. The breakfast is just amazing and service absolutely great. The food and the view. Our room overlooked the pool area. The bed was comfortable and king size. Room service great. The beach below an easy reach by either shuttle or on foot. Fresh pool towels every day and they were nice quality. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the pool very much. We enjoyed it as well as the bar too! Highly recommend this place.

Espectacular hotel with a great location and great seaview. The rooms were large and spacious, which provided good comfort. Cleanliness was impeccable. I also have to mention that the hotel has a lot of good facilities, like the spa, the pool, the restaurants and the Cliff Bar. The breakfast was very very delicious and with a lot of varieties and options of local or international food. The service and the staff were great, very polite and helpful. It was an incredible experience for me and my family as a farewell to Cyprus!

The pool closes at 1900hrs, which is a shame because you have sunlight until after 2000h during summer time.
