We enjoyed in beach and bungalow houses on the beach. Regular rooms that we were staying at first are too far from restaurants, beach, reception, if you are with kids, try to avoid them.

Didn't like the staff on reception(except one bulgarian guy). They were not helpful, any request we made they even made more complicated, they are not working as a team, not communicate between them so for one thing you have to ask them twice or three times, or better avoid asking them for assistance and do it by yourself. From hotel to the airport reception staff “arrange” taxi for us (that was 20min late) that cost us almost double price then from airport to the hotel. *Hotel have weird policy even if you pay all inclusive that they don't provide you bottle of water in your room(except first day) so you can drink for the rest of your stay only their double filtered tap water which will cause you stomach problems. That is a big minus for a five star hotel.

The location was good, in between Ayia Napa and Protoras but you need a car to go anywhere. On a very quiet, private beach. The gardens around the resort were beautiful and the waterpark was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of activites around the resort, aqua aerobics was fun and energetic. Annabelle at the kids club was super lovely. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious.

Our room location wasn't very good. We were up the top where all the cleaners and staff hung out on their breaks, also across from the chemicals storage. Our room looked straight onto another room, no nice views of gardens or ocean. The chairs on our balcony were coming apart and rubbish in the garden outside our room, the rest of the gardens were amazing, we just received a bad location :( The food in the Cypriot restaurant was so bad! My father is Cypriot so I know what good Cypriot food should taste like. One of the lifeguards was rude and over the top.

The location is perfect, on the outskirts but close to the city. Beautiful beach, well-kept complex, great staff.

Dinners could be better, I missed the fish dishes. The barbecue restaurant doesn't have freshly grilled meat, it just heats it up, which is really not ok.

Wonderful hotel for family, lots to do but still quiet and relaxing in the evenings.

The dinner buffet was the only thing that let it down. It felt as if they were trying to use up food at the end of the season with some very odd choices and not great quality food.

Excellent service and friendly staff, whether to get a restaurant reservation or other information, we felt taken care of and respected always. Dante's Restaurant was a great experience, where service was super and Gregory and Sofia really made the experience personal and we felt appreciated beyond the usual. If you dont stay there with All Inclusive deals then make sure to visit Dante's and Mandoline, several times. Great atmosphere and super service and food :-)

If this was not the main season. some things apparently were not fully 'up an running, so we were missing daily yoga/meditation classes and fitness opening before, so one could do these activities prior to breakfast (we stayed in Atlantica Mare Village Paphos the week before, and there this was available daily). Also the congestion for breakfast, might not be an issue in the main season, when two restaurants are open.

The resort is very big, but quiet, like a small village. We loved easy acces to the beach, it's perfect for families with babies. We travelled with twins of 2 years old, and it was great accomodation, as we choose the suite with 1 bedroom. The sea was very warm, and not very crowded in September. The food was very good.

The open-air playground for children was not luminated in the evening, and no tree's shadow during day, so it was not very helpful. The kids club was not accesable for 2 years kids (not even with parents), and playground from the kids club, was far away from the beach, and very hot. We would prefer some kind of playground near the beach, under tree shadow,for small children.

So many. Villas are wonderfully surrounded by vegetation, majority have private pools which gave a nice feeling. Beach is nice, water very good (but stony, you need water shoes). Nice people, restaurants are OK, without being fantastic. Very close to Aya Napa (10 min drive)

Stones in the water make water shoes mandatory! Not enough fruits in such a reach fruit area. Not easy to find something vegan to eat, or without lactose & gluten. Don’t get it wrong, variety of food was great but if you have some special requirements you need to announce in advance.

variety of facilities, food choices, family friendly but didn’t feel over bearing (I was travelling with my mum for a girly weekend). nice to also have adult facilities like the spa. nice walks along the coastline too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. (some couldn’t speak English or Greek though). we had lovely meals at the hotel (we weren’t all inclusive like most others there). the rooms were nicely designed and had a lovely “island” feel, compared to some hotels which can feel generic modern.

the culture of everyone putting towels down so early in the morning and securing seats. it was almost comical how early people were doing it. which means everyone racing each other - if this can be better regulated?

The hotel is relatively new and the rooms and facilities has a modern look. Most of the rooms has some kind of a sea view The staff is super nice and helpful

The breakfast options need to be worked on a bit since there is no good options for (vegan , vegetarian or halal ) The breakfast is supposed to be open till 11 am but its closes around 10:20 which is fine if your stay is all inclusive but will not be good if your stay includes only breakfast. The beach is very crowded and the sunbeds are limited ( you better get early to the beach )
