The parking and value for money is second to none. WiFi was decent and very clean.

I always thing the use of the pool/sauna should be included in the room price even if it’s just added on. It’s still brilliant value, but having to pay extra never feels good. The bed in my room or should I say two single beds pushed together was extremely uncomfortable

This hotel is set just outside Brno. I booked it for the parking because I couldn't find anything in town with parking. I am so glad I did. The hotel is simply amazing. The hotel itself is modern with good facilities. But it's the spa/sauna complex which really makes this hotel stand out. For a small fee, you can use the thermal pools, whirlpools and huge sauna complex. We spent all afternnon in there and it was really awesome. I would travel here again just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the spa. Other positives are the large car park with free parking. Breakfast was good with enough vegan choices. We also ate in the restauarant which only has limited vegan options but what they offer is really nice. Throughout the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.

It was loud during one of the nights as someone was playing pool around midnight. I called the receptionist, found out the phone doesn’t work and needed to get down to tell them that it’s disturbing our sleep. The noise isolation could be better in the room. The staff or guests walking around could be heard from inside of the room. We were here for the 4th time if not mistaken time and this happened only once - still this was one of the more expensive rooms.

Room was very clean and nice.bed was very comfortable. we had a nice terrace. There was bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Breakfast was great - a lot of juices, caffees, tee, sparkling wine, variety of breads, chees, hams, spreads, fruit, vegetables, cakes, different type of egs... We was also at dinner - we choose ala carte- food was excellent, for good prize, very nice staff, good drinks at bar. Wellnes centra was great - with lots of wirpools, saunas... it was not crowded , just more people were at saturday noon. there is also possibility to buy fresh juices, drinks and food there. Just it is not included in prize of the room, you need to pay extra. parking is big and free of charge. Road is a bit tricky, because there are sign just at turn, not before.

It should be write that you should order massage one months before your stay, because 2 weeks before there are just 3-4 places. Wellness is paid extra, it is not included in room prize. If you want to go on breakfast later, you need to go to farest room. if there is some event they are not cooking for few hours.

We are returning customers, but this time we found it all extremely expensive. I found it misleading that the SPA hotel did not include the Spa and it was over 200 Euro extra to the room fee. All in all, the hotel is lovely and the SPA is excellent. The restaurant serves exquisite food. Highly recommendable

That the Spa was too expensive and not included in the Hotel price. No one would go to this hotel if not for the SPA

Everything was superb. We usually stay at top end hotels (yes, we are snobs:)) and this came by to end a day of driving on our way to Hungary. No expectations and last minute bookings that accept dogs as well, choice is limited. This was so good we will be back as a mini vacation in the coming months.

Breakfast, I like to order my eggs and pre-scrambled and fried egg is not my thing. The usual tasteless melon and stawberries fro the freezer. Not bad just not too good either.

Everything was wonderful. The spa and sauna world were fantastic. Loved the stone foot spa thing. Simply wonderful after having many long walking days prior to the stay. I got the aroma therapy massage and it was the absolute best massage i’ve had in a long time. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great! I loved having this little side Spa day as part of my Euro trip. I would come back here for sure

- Amazing wellness area: Great selection of spacious saunas, variety of steam and finish saunas, aromatherapy, rituals, music etc. Spacious whirlpools, indoors and outdoors. - Well-equipped wellness bars, range of drinks and food available. Great quality cocktails and prosecco, served in elegant plastic glasses and can be enjoyed even inside the whirlpools. - We appreciated that the wellness was open untill 22:30 so we could enjoy even after dinner. - Overall, the wellness area is just amazing. - The hotel was great too, we stayed one night only, but everything went really well. - Great breakfast buffet, and the dinner was very tasty, too.

- Pillows in the bedroom, there was a selection of 2 pillows but neither was comfortable. I suggest the hotel to equip the rooms with some more sophisticated anatomic pillows for a higher level of comfort.

Good food,nice spa

We arrived as a family, with a 2-year-old child at 11 am, at the reception they told us at 15, goodbye.. it’s a shame they didn’t ask, alternatives... the first time like this... we should leave, it’s terrible for such a hotel.. it’s a pity

Beautiful hotel, very kind staff, excellent food. Wellness is amazing although it was very full most of the time.

Bathroom need upgrade for 4 star hotel. There is no kids area and kids cannot go in the pool! !allowed only from 145 cm meaning no kids allowed. Should be warning on the booking to avoid big disappointment from kids. You see beautiful hotel with pool then you have to explain why kids cannot go. And the staff sends you to a neighboring hotel with wellness where kids are allowed... looks very bad for Maximus
