Apparently, this place is really huge, and so the rooms are so widely different that one may deserve absolute praise while another may be outright crappy. As a solo traveller,I was quite satisfied with my room. People complain about the furniture, for instance; but what furniture do you need apart from a bed, a cupboard for you stuff, and a table? The (carpets in the) corridors, the elevator, and some other details (no elevator from the 3rd floor) may not be up to the highest standards, they are visibly from an earlier century (ha-ha, of course they are). But hey, look at the price again. All in all, my advice is: when you book, ask for a photo of YOUR particular room, and then decide. You won't be disappointed. And, of course, the town is absolutely worth it. The pix of the hotel I have uploaded are nothing special, they just show that you can more than live with this getup. I guess the photos of the town do give you a foretaste.

The location has been very good concerned of my goals. The breakfast was simple, more or less adequate to a total accommodation price. Room was very good - calm and large.

Breakfast could have been better if the lackluster rolls were accompanied by a portioned loaf of bread. And for example: I recommend replacing the bland and cheap muesli mixture with ordinary, cheap, oatmeal to mix with white yogurt and for a sweet sprinkle, a mixture of ground Ceylon cinnamon or ground cocoa with fine granulated sugar, in a perforated wooden box (to remove moisture) for children/youth /adults, upon request, so it doesn't go to waste.

Friendly staff. asked for a hair dryer and a kettle in the evening. they offered us everything and sent us to a meeting

during the five days of our stay, the hotel did not pick up the garbage even once. the room is very poorly lit in the evening. there is no additional lighting except for 1 lamp on the ceiling

Excellent location. Everything was perfectly clean. Reserved parking in the yard is perfect. The breakfast was very good.Excellent Thai-Laos restaurant in the hotel

Only one towel per person and a very small one. You pay for a dog and get nothing in return. It's not a good decision by the hotel.

The location is walking distance from the city center. Quiet area, the hotel has also Exquisite Thai-Laos 👌 Restaurant Breakfast is quite a variety 👍, we always had a full stomach 😊.

Its just a suggestion.... Cups or glasses would helpful- guest needs it for brushing the teeth.

I am very greatful to Michael on the reception, he is extremely helpful, kind and friendly person. He helped me a lot to solve important problems with waiting departure time, so I could comfortably wait and not to get cold on the street at my cozy room. The breakfast was great and tasty)) Thanks a bunch))) All the stuff was friendly and helpful!

In a very good location, quiet place but near the main street and public transport stop; a restaurant in the hotel, another one in front of it, two pizzerias in a few minutes walk distance. The place is clean, breakfast was OK, very good coffee. The staff was nice and helpful.

I wish for more fresh fruit and vegetables for breakfast.

There was nothing outstanding, but looks like a good place for standing for night or two. Bed was good enough, everything is working, hot water in the bath :) , breakfast included and looked good.

Poor noise isolation, you can here everything from rooms nearby.

The personel was really nice, they even helped us with the blanket to block the light in the morning because the curtains didn't filter the light. The breakfast was ok.

The toilet was kind of clean, but you could see every colour of the rainbow on it, because some old stains. It neded a little bit more scrubbing in order to be clean. On the staircase had a lot of spiderweb and spiders. Some of the coffee mugs weren't very clean. The curtains didn't block at all the sunlight in the morning.

Good location, restaurant inside, breakfast served in good amount, small first needs as water , shampoo always avaible at the desk.

Stuff with own humours, rooms attached was without curtains and it's size was twice less then ordered, changing that cost me only two hours in a specific smelling room but with ordered requirements.
