Excellent value for money. It is located in the city center, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was included

The cleaning lady was quite rude. The checkout was supposed to be at 10am but we were able to extend it until 11am. Aroun 10:15, she knocked on the door and was telling us that she needed to clean, when I explained that we were given more time, she snorted and was angry about it. But the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Just the cleaning lady was rude

Great location. Clean room, comfortable bed with access to small balcony. Nice coffee shop with excellent coffee tables out side on ground floor.

Shower was poorly designed. Narrow shower enclosure prevented bending down to was legs and feet and shower faucet handle was at elbow height so bumping into resulted in accidentally hitting it to change water temperature. No shelf to put shampoo or soap in shower enclosure.

The view from the balcony was very pretty, and the location was perfect. The spa treatment was good (You have to pay separately for it)

Nobody except for the receptionist could speak English so we had problems during breakfast and the restaurant is too small for the number of guests (we had to wait standing there for a table)

Excellent location in the center of Karlovy Vary just across the river, nice furniture, separate toilet from bathroom. Really good breakfast. Great price for that high quality.

Our big bad was two bads together, there was a bed frame, hole, between us. No parkplaces. Reception and breakfast are in another place. Parkhouse: Libušina 2120/21, 360 01 Karlovy Vary Vans fits too.

We loved the location and the view. The bed was also clean and very comfortable. A tiny recommendation for the breakfast area improvement: you could add cards naming the dish to understand what is inside of the chafing dish to avoid unnecessary opening all of them or to understand which kind of filling the pastry has.

excellent location. the hotel building is a historical, beautiful building. wonderful view from the balcony on the central street and the river.

it was a surprise that chek in/ chek out and breakfast are in a different building, but still the service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location in the very heart of the hotel district. The quality of the room exceeded our expectations, though the room had a view to the back yard, We could survive this as we stayed for one night only. The room was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent.

The reception and breakfast is in another hotel in approx. 100 m distance. Parking in the city is a real nightmare, the only parking building in about 1 km distance was full, so we spent 30-40 minutes to park the car far from the hotel. Choose a helicopter if you can.

The breakfast was very good and the location was within a short walking distance. Our room was simple and basic, but nice and clean.

I would have liked it if it had a coffee maker, but it was no big deal.

The lady at the reception was very kind and attentive, my siblings and I are very grateful for her and her generosity during our stay.
