The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The free parking was a convenient feature, and having a reserved spot marked with my name added a personal touch that enhanced my stay. The wellness center, included in the price, offered a relaxing environment that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location next to a busy road was a drawback, as the noise became disruptive in the morning, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, it’s not within walking distance of the city center, so I had to rely on my car for any outings, which was somewhat inconvenient.

It has a great location and fantastic staff, particularly Miss Eva and Miss Catherine from Reception. These two young ladies were ready to answer questions regarding the surrounding area and to make suggestions for local restaurants. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

The room service menu could have a bigger selection, and the soup of the day needs to be changed more often. The mushroom soup is very delicious and great, but after two weeks, it got a little old.

Everything was perfect - a true hotel experience, with clean towels and sheets whenever needed, spa included in the price, room service and all that can be good in a hotel. The staff were very helpful, even with non standard questions. The location, albeit a bit remote, was a few tram stops away from the city centre. Breakfast had everything you could want, perhaps more. Can't recommend the hotel more.

Really clean and large room. Free wellness for guests that needs to be booked in advance. Breakfast was really tasty and good.

Parking is not properly marked first we entered to casino next to the hotel. There was no information about parking spots, but you can park everywhere where it's free.

Lovely, big room, nice wellness, decent breakfest, fantastic restaurant for dinner.

For this money I would have appreciated friendlier staff at the wellness. Sharing personal political opinions during a massage is neither proffessional, nor pleasant.

Very Discreet with good overall service

Steam Bad ( Hamman was not operating the entire time). Sauna, Hamman , massages and Jacazzi along with good service is very important when travelling

I liked the environment they made there. As far as comfort is concerned, it is absolutely unique in Olomouc! There is nothing better. Beautifully done with a luxury restaurant which has a connected entrance right next door, so you don't have to walk outside, but you go directly from the room to the restaurant nice and warm.

Very nice equipped hotel, spacious room, modern and pleasant wellness included in the price is just another bonus.Two luxury restaurants operated in the hotel, I really recommend this hotel.

Small problem was with the air conditioning, which made a very unpleasant sound and we had to turn it off completely. Another thing then was the TV where sound didn't work and the dropped out, but those are really just small things.

Amazing staff, very comfortable spacious rooms, best place tl stay in Olomouc. And absolutely amazing breakfast selection - home made/local supplier foods, including delicious home made Pribinacek:-)

Ariconditioning was rather weak, as advised by the staff as well: seems a little limitation of the system during hot days. Otherwise a perfect stay
