If you are going to Olomouc and you want to experience the same coziness that you felt with your grandmother and grandfather when you were a child, book at Orea Hotel Arigone. It starts at the reception where you are welcomed by the wonderful team of Jarka with David, Anna and everyone who takes a seat there. These people are so professional, excellently multilingual and super friendly. You just feel at home right away. Then you go to the restaurant where the jovial San Antonio and his fantastic angels keep everything on track. This group of enthusiastic and alert employees organize a flawless breakfast buffet after which you can start your work or holiday day full of energy. By the way, if Beethoven were alive in 2024, his masterpiece would be called ‘Für Superengel Eliska’ instead of ‘Für Elise.’ This team was clearly put together by a manager who is an inspiration to every entrepreneur. Respect.

An excellent hotel with the best location. Professional and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Exceptional, rich, and diverse breakfast options. A coffee machine and punch station are available for guests free of charge, 24/7. Rooms are impeccably clean and very well-equipped. This is truly the best hotel in Olomouc, where the quality of service is exceptionally high, and the price is remarkably reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very central location. Be aware that, with the window/doors open, this will mean there is street noise. With the doors shut there was no problem with noise. A fan was provided which was needed! The place was exceptionally clean and there were little extras in the bathrooms/showers which I thought was lovely. I was worried about sharing toilets and showers, but there are definitely enough. I barely saw another soul either so it felt peaceful.

The kitchen didn't look to be that helpful for people who might wish to cook (aging / lacking supplies) and someone had touched what I put in the fridge.

We really liked the rooms which were very spatious and comfortable. Location was also excellent nust a few steps away from all the places of interest. Breakfast was excellent as well.

It was virtually impossible to get to the hotel by car using any available navigation app. It probably had to do with various reconstructions but better and more accessible info in this respect would be helpful and expected. We were also surprised by the absence of a lobby bar (any bar) and restaurant for other than breakfast purposes.

The location of the hotel is very good - right in the centre of the Old Town on a quiet street. Despite the fact that the hotel is in an old building, inside it is decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops near the hotel. Historical sights are also within walking distance. A 5-minute walk away is a park with a botanical garden, where you can spend time in the shade of trees on hot summer days. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, ready to help solve your problems. The breakfasts are very good with a large selection of quality products. The restaurant staff works quickly and professionally with a very careful and positive attitude towards guests. The hotel rooms are clean, decorated in various design styles and equipped with everything you need, creating a cosy, lovely and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

The location was great (could walk to all the places we needed to visit), breakfast was very good too (reasonable time), the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The extra modern cabinet in the bathroom corridor was perfect as the other furniture seemed ornamental.

The Wifi couldn't connect even though we were given the correct information to connect to it; it just kept loading but never actually connected. Ended up using our own limited phone network.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast is varied. Modern room design. If you're lucky, you have a view of a Neo-Baroque chapel. Great on-site wellness facilities and steam shower in the room. We have been happy here several times in the last few years and will try it again, but only after some time.

The price on booking.com reservation did not match the final invoice price. The time window for cleaning is not that long, so they don't always respond to the "Please clean" sign. However, the friendly staff at the front desk will arrange cleaning upon request. If you're unlucky, you have a view of the internal car park. But buildings just have to have multiple sides and they can't all have a nice view.

Staff were very friendly. Amazing breakfast spread! Huge selection with ginger shots and local produce too! Room was cosy but also spacious for one with some character. Bed was really comfy, nice to have a kettle in the room. And a fan was thoughtfully left in the room too as it was a very hot day!

Floor was a little bit dusty. And would have been great to have a curtain for the little window.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel offers various dishes and the location of the breakfast room is very beautiful. The room was very clean and calm.

The hotel did not have an own parking space. You had to park some hundred metres away which might be a bit tricky due to an app you have to download therefore.
