Spa was not explained to me...

We chose this hotel for the free parking, but I was completely surprised by how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. I particularly loved that they whatsapped us to make it easy to request things. They threw in lots of nice extras like a welcome drink and free minibar, were kind enough to extend our parking slightly, were happy with us staying late to eat our breakfast, and had lovely bath products to use. I would 100% stay here again.

very modern and clean hotel and room. nice big shower, comfortable beds. breakfast was great and had lots of options. in walkable distance to the city center, so we could leave the car parked closeby. they give you a free parking voucher for street parking close to the hotel.

The girl who checked us in and out was so lovely and welcoming (I wish I could remember her name!) we loved the location. A few minutes walk to the train station and then main areas of interest 30mins max away. The breakfast was brilliant - So much choice. We had a triple room and there was plenty of room for us, as the dividing wall gave us our own space. The Nespresso machine was equipped with pods which was appreciated. Lovely toiletries too.

The gym was not in the hotel and there is a charge for it. This is not entirely clear because there's a photo of the gym pictured in booking com. Having said that, my partner said the gym was a proper gym and the process was simple.

Bread at breakfast could be better, external parking a little complicated, parking is available until 1 pm at day of check-out, for extra 10 Euro you can leave the car until 7pm

Nice rooms, very modern, and spacy. Amazing breakfast! Location is very central and easy to reach with public transport.

Hotel is 3 minutes on foot from the city center, which means that you can easily go to old town square, have access to tourist buses, tram lines etc. Rooms are very comfy and staff is really helpful!

Absolutely delightful. The hotel presents very well. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The inclusive breakfast was really very good as there was a wide variety of choice from cereals, cold cuts to hot dishes. The food was fresh and well presented and replenished regularly to ensure that you did not miss out if you wanted a particular dish. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced. The location, situated not far from the main station and with the tram network right out side the front door, makes getting around very easy. It is simply a tram ride to the downtown centre. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet pickpocketed on the second day and the staff could not have been more helpful. If we return to Prague we will definitely be booking this hotel. A five star experience.

This hotel ticked all the boxes - nothing negative over our five day stay.

The Hotel is perfectly located, the staff was very friendly and made all of us feel very welcome. The design of the rooms and building was very extraordinary, the breakfast was tasty and the minibar was free.

We had to request a change of rooms, as the first one had a steep staircase to the bedroom which was unsuitable for us. The room that we were offered instead had some issues with the electrical layout, so that the switching of different lights in the room was somewhat random and we had to take the card out to completely switch off all lights at night. The personell handled the matter very honestly and I appreciated very much that they did not attempt to make some funny excuses.
