The hotel was beautiful with a huge gorgeous garden area inhabited by a male and female peacock to keep you entertained. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. Very quiet inside for a city hotel. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained. Great restaurants and sights nearby. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was extraordinarily presented and the service great. The spa had a large indoor whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms all were fantastic. The massage I had was perfect and the entire spa staff were great. The concierge was terrific. This hotel will be a 'do it again' property.

I dare you to find something about this hotel you do not like.

The room size and set up, hotel location, cleanliness, breakfast, and friendliness of staff were all excellent. It’s always the small things that help to show how much thought has gone into the service offered, and there was much of this on show, from the breakfast having real butter at room temperature instead of packets of cold pre-packaged butter (so aggravating to see that in high-end hotels, as though no-one thought to consider anything but the cost), through to umbrellas in the rooms in case needed, and even an immediate response on a question concerning the need to make an international call (in the end not needed), but the immediate response was ‘no charge as we are the best hotel in Prague and offer our guests the best service’. There are always words, and then there are actions to show the reality. The Grand Mark Hotel, staff of all areas (front of house, cleaning crews, phone back office etc.) all showed the actions to back up the words. That also shows leadership, because it all gets driven by leaders supporting their staff. Well done. Very good, welcoming, and a highly recommended hotel in a beautiful city.

The dinner service was strong, and food excellent, but the choice seemed slightly limited if we’re being picky. But honestly, I’m only answering this question with this point as it was asked - if pushed I’d say nothing to dislike.

Location was excellent for what we wanted, much of the interest is walking distance and hotel happy to arrange taxi to further out options. Great Breakfasts and high quality food at all times served with care and attention. We loved the quiet sound proofed room. Air Con was very efficient despite being 30degrees outside. Bed was exceptional. The Deluxe Suite was a great size and well stocked. Staff very friendly.

What could be better are the following:- At night there is no indoor bar seating, this leaves you susceptible to smokers and pollen when in the garden if the wind is in the wrong direction. In our room water pressure in the shower and sink was fine, but the bath took one hour to fill. On some days the smell of drains was in the shower until it got fully going. TV channels were a bit limited and lacking for Sport Coverage

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed 6 nights at the family suite, both us and our 2 kids we all loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional, the location is perfect (Prague is a very walkable city). The breakfast is amazing AND I highly recommend having a drink, lunch or dinner at the garden restaurant (Le Grill), we had lunch there twice, our waiter was Tarlan and he's probably the best service man / waiter ever served us. Top notch person and a proffesional, and yes the food is amazing of course. Long story short if you’re planning a trip to Prague whether as a couple or a family, don’t hesitate to book The Grand Mark.

Breakfast was very good, and having it outdoor made that great. the restaurant's staff were nice. they give assistance how ever they could. some of them show you smile face all the time which gives a good impressions.

I can't think of thing. in another word I didn't notice or see anything I dislike.

Beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of old town Prague but within minutes walking to most of the attractions. Hotel is stunning, room was huge, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold with extra items you could order. Staff were friendly and helpful with special thanks to Bilel who was super friendly, courteous and knowledgable with tips and advice on where to go and what to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel in a great location to explore Prague. It isn't a large hotel but you feel the personal service as soon as you arrive. Everyone was very lovely but 2 people stood out for us. Nicky, the Concierge, was fabulous and very helpful and very attentive. And BILEL, the hotel porter, WAS A SUPERSTAR!! What a wonderful asset to The Grand Mark Hotel. I have stayed in the best hotels around the world and he is as good as any representative of a hotel brand I have ever come across. So helpful, wonderful smile and even gave me a wonderful tie so I could attend the State Opera and look the part (I hadn't even thought of packing a tie!). Anyway, the hotel is lucky to have Nicky and Bilel to represent their brand. We had an executive suite overlooking the street with a large balcony running the full length of the room. The room was like an executive apartment and beautifully warm to come back to after a day walking around sightseeing in cold but beautiful Prague. Very well equipped, beautifully clean and perfect for our stay. We didnt use the hotel restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was fabulous and again the staff at breakfast were just wonderful and welcoming every day. Yes, there is the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental to choose in the City but I would have NO hesitation in recommending the Grand Mark where I believe you receive much better value for money and the service even better!! Beautiful hotel with live piano at breakfast and dinner. Situated in the heart of Praha with all the luxury and comfort you want. Excellent service, friendly staff, nice bar, lounge, spa, restaurant, inner garden, name it and it's there. Valet parking is great and the hotel was easy to find and easy to leave. We absolutely go back and we want the suite we had again. Spacious and comfortable, nice view and we didn't hear our neighbours.

There was no blowdryer in the bathroom. The shower is in the bathtub, but after showering, the tub is slippery and kind of high to step out. Also the halls are very warm. The room was too, but you can adjust that.
