Close to tube station and easy to get to the city centre. Shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk.

Booked one bedroom apartment, which should be living room and bedroom but got it studio apartment. And the host couldn't swap for any different.

Very clean, well-stocked, spacious, AC, washing machine & constant hot water. Good location if you don’t mind travel into city/main railway station with nearby trams, metro. Uber/Bolt also an option. Supermarket two min away, great local restaurants & luggage storage was very useful. Hosts were helpful & responsive.

On 4th floor and winding stairs which we knew beforehand. Lumpy pillows. Shower over bath could be an issue but ok for us. Cotton flat sheet would be great alternative to duvet in the summer.

AC was already on when we got there, it was really nice to arrive into a cold room. There was a little kitchen with a kettle and fridge, washing machine, washing liquid, hairdryer, iron... Everything you'd need. In the arrival room you could find coffee and tea, as well as cold and hot water from a machine. You can enjoy your drink outside in a cute yard. Location is good, Lidl 2 min by walk, public transport is easily accessible, there are good restaurants nearby.

The room was on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, but they informed us in advance. Garage parking is possible but expensive. You can park 2 streets away in a P+R parking lot for cheaper.

The apartment was clean and well equipped.

It is unfortunately for the first time we faced absolutely disgusting staff, namely Petr, who was too rude when he answered the message through WhatsApp! While other messages he left unanswered! The lady (if I am not mistaken Natali)whose name and mobile number was also indicated in case we have questions she did not respond at all during our stay! I asked Petr a question about the location he was too rude, then I asked him to be polite to the guests. I do hope that relevant measures will be taken to avoid such cases in the future!

It is very close to the metro Andel and the shopping centre, generally close to the centre of Prague, about 35 minutes walk to the Main Square. The flat is clean and has all the amenities. Puro Fair Trade coffee sticks are a wonderful bonus. The traffic outside is off when you close the windows, very soundproof. The whole building is quiet and the local people living really polite. It was a very good place to stay!

One mattress was slightly dented, for owner consideration.

ideally situated close to the river which made it a comfortable walk to the old quarter, and a lovely area to run in, felt completely safe, the lidl close by added convenience. the unit itself was in wonderful condition, the living area was a highlight for me - the furnishing was simple but very tasteful!

took us a few tries to hack the building’s main coded front door! I think this was common amongst other guests, but was definitely secure. other than that it served all our purposes fine, no frills.

I think I love the fact that the flat was huge, we weren't bothering each other, we had space to rest, not only to sleep. Also it was very aesthetic, simple but with feeling. There were ALL things needed, a coffee machine, a pan, an iron, a lot of more so you can feel like home, not eat only basic things. The building was very quiet, no partying, loud and drunk people. Perfect location, shops superclose, tram, restaurants. It was perfect.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The apartment is located in a very good location, about 20 minutes on foot from the old town and the Charles Bridge. It is well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of several days. Free bottle of natural water in fredge was nice. It was clean and tidy. Bed is good. Lidl is 50 metres from apartment. I can't point out anything particularly good about the apartment.

In the same facility, I didn't see any employees I could ask if I needed anything. No one answered on the phone (number from Natalija) The main entrance and picking up the keys is under codes. I don't like it when there is no personal contact. There was no air conditioning but a fan, that didn't help us much with the heat. We opened the window at night, but then the noise from the street did not allow us to sleep normally.

Location was good,I liked the area,the Vietnam restaurant within the facility was great food

Didn't like the guys attitude when I contacted him and asked for the apartment to be cleaned as I was staying for 10 days,he told me it was 20 euros, The bloke is a jerk

Clean, close to transportation, small apartment with all the amenities you need. Host is so responsive to any questions.

The air conditioner is not cooling well. I guess this will be an issue only on hot summer days. Street traffic light in front of the building is very loud. You can not sleep with windows open. Once you close the windows, there is no sound. The windows are very well soundproofing.
